This was our first time to use Katy Memorial Services. Our house is 100% stucco and needed a soft wash. We could not be happier with the results. Marcus was on time and worked fast. All dirt dobber nests and North side mildew are completely gone. Marcus cleaned the rod iron fence without hurting the paint. The sidewalks, driveway and flagstone look brand new. I hired Katy Memorial a few years ago to do my driveway (had some stains from crepe myrtle trees) and was impressed by Marcus’ knowledge and care. When my house was turning 10 years old, I reached out again because I wanted to do some home maintenance including power washing the house and driveways. My house looks brand new! I thought I needed a new paint job, but with the cleaning, it looks like the paint is holding up well. Marcus is knowledgeable, provides tons of care in his work and craft, and an honest businessman (did not try to upscale me into buying a roof cleaning when asked if I needed one). I definitely recommend Katy Memorial and support small business.

Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning and House Washing is an excellent company. The owner, Marcus Raif, does a very thorough job. My house has a stucco exterior, which is hard to clean since everything “ stuck” to it, grass, spiders, wasps’ nests etc. After the cleaning it looks spick and span, ready for holidays. Excellent service, top quality work, and honest. Marcus will tell you what he can clean and what stains he may not be able to fully remove. This time we had Marcus clean our roof, removed dirt and rust stains from AC drip pipes, sidewalks and driveway. Drive way had stains from trees and one vehicle. Marcus told us he would do his best on the driveway stains, but could not guarantee 100% clean. Driveway, sidewalks and roof all look great for being 10 years old. About four years ago he cleaned the exterior of our house (stone, brick and hardy board), which still looks great today. We asked him about the house this time and he told us still looks good and recommended we wait. Greatly appreciate Marcus being open with us and not just trying to bill more for something that would not show a significant improvement. He also asked about the french drains in our lawn that are also connected to the house downspouts as wanted to make sure runoff from roof would not damage the lawn. Highly recommend Katy Memorial Roof Cleaning and House Washing and will use him again.

I have used Mr. Marcus' services for a number of years now. I have had the power washing services, as well as power washing for the roof. He was very professional, he's the nicest and most honest guy in the world and his work was absolutely fantastic. That part practically almost goes without having to mention.
However, it was something that resignated with me a long time ago and I still remember it to this day. I asked him how and if certain jobs should be handled. He responded by telling me that knowing how to do something in the correct manner was good in itself, but it is even more important know "what NOT to do. That is something that I will always remember and I been using that in my own profession ever since.
