Reviews of local pros in Katy, Texas

Great service and great results at 77449. Removed all my oil stains and he really paid great attention to detail. Very fail deal and wasnt expensive.

Kevin did an excellent pressure cleaning job in my home. The price he offered was excellent and he was punctual to the job. Highly recommend!

I appreciated Kevin's product knowledge, attention to detail and overall professionalism. If quality service at a great price is important to you, hire Kevin for your next pressure washing project!

I hired happy face for pressure washing, and they did an awesome job! Their team was friendly, professional, and got the job done quickly. Plus, their prices were affordable. My house looks brand new again. Highly recommend!

Kevin was amazing to work with. He is very easy going and just a straight up good guy. He showed up to my place and I had some extra work I wanted to get done aside from the driveway/sidewalks. He was very honest about the amount of work it would take (I have some challenging flagstone borders around my landscaping that are NOT easy to clean) and we worked through the details, pricing, and he moved ahead.

He had me come out halfway through the process just to make sure I was satisfied with the work so far. He’s definitely genuine about making sure his customers are happy with the results and not just trying to do the job quickly.

Overall, the cleaning turned out so good that even my neighbors came out and are having him come back to do their home!

I will definitely be coming back to Happy Face the next time I need work done at the house and you should absolutely call him right now.

I highly recommend this company! Kevin is so personable and goes above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The pressure washing is TOP NOTCH - the highest quality - and his prices are reasonable! This company deserves 10 stars.

Wish I could give Kevin and his crew 20 stars. They did an amazing job cleaning up my restaurant. If you are looking for someone to pressure wash this is the crew you want to do it! Before and after pictures!

Kevin was very professional to work with. He gave us a quote and said he could start the next day. He exceeded our expectations with the quality of his work as well as his dedication to the job. He extended his time on the project at no additional cost to us in order to make sure it was 100% perfect. His rates are extremely reasonable and he takes his time to make sure the job is done right! We would not hesitate to use Kevin again or recommend to anyone needing roof cleaning and/or pressure washing services. Excellent job!!

Incredible service! I hired Happy Face to pressure wash my driveway, sidewalk, front porch/walkway, and brick wall. I'm so impressed with the quality of service. Kevin is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. He's trustworthy, very responsive, and easy to work with. And his prices are outstanding! I will not hesitate to recommend Happy Face to my friends and family. You won't be disappointed!

I am very grateful for Kevin’s services. He arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. While he was working, I asked if he could add extra tasks, and he gladly agreed. He still finished on time and did not charge me extra, which I truly appreciated.
Kevin is very communicative and kept me informed about anything that might require additional work. He always asked for my approval before proceeding, which showed professionalism and respect.
We also recommended him to our neighbors, and they were equally happy with the results. He cleaned the walls, worked on the roof, and cleaned the driveway at a very fair price.
Highly recommended! We truly appreciate his service and will definitely contact him again.

Space City Works rescued me when all other companies have me the run around. They are honest, reliable and my only regret is not calling them sooner. If you appreciate honest and quality, you will love Space City Works!!

Excellent service and at a good price, Space City Works LLC is the best option. Javier definitely has a professional responsibility to his clients.

Very good service! Honest guy. I recommend this company to anymore who need dry vent cleaning! 10/10

Javier spoke with me extensively about how he cleans and treats air ducts. I called him on a Wednesday, and he had an appointment available the next day. He was prompt, answered all of my questions (and I had a lot to talk about when it comes to our home a/c), once completed they cleaned the areas, so I didn't even realize they had been here...btw that is one of their goals! He is professionally trained! Once they completed the cleaning/treating all we need to do now is keep up with our a/c maintenance and change our air filters monthly. I am absolutely delighted with the service, and this is one of the best decisions I have made to keep my system running smoothly. You really should give Javier a call!!!

We have utilized Javier and his team on several projects around our home with excellent results. They are professional, provide a quality product and complete projects in the time they committed.

I was very pleased with the work they came when said was very friendly and.

Very honest and proffitioanl. Javier will do his max to find the best and reasonable price solutions. He was recommended to me by my neighbour and he did couple of jobs in my house, I am very satisfied with his work.

Javier is very kind, patient, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. He arrived on time, completed 3 projects at my house and he did an excellent job. I will definitely be calling him again!!

He is courteous and very professional. He explained the job in detail and answered all questions. He completed the job as explained. He provided pictures of all of his work . I really appreciate the pictures from hard to reach places. I already plan to hire him again for upcoming jobs.

We had duct and vent cleaning on two systems.
The company was professional and accurate during the whole process, from contract to scheduling, to the work itself.
The work was thorough and of high quality.
We highly appreciate the work they did, and will recommend them to our colleagues and friends !

Javier performed a full air duct cleaning for my father. The reviews are true! We decided to go with this company based off the reviews. And we are glad that we did! Very honest, he takes great pride in his work, affordable prices, and just a overall kind and humble guy. Good vibes in general. Also he will give you the full breakdown from beginning to end, with what ever issue that you have. Extremely transparent! I highly recommend booking Javier for anything that his company offers! Support the locals and small businesses. We need each other, thank you again for your amazing work sir!
