My dad was having a problem with AC cooling the house. He called True Fix to come out expecting a very expensive problem. Luis, the technician, has been to the house a few times and fixed the problem quickly. He is absolutely amazing and I would HIGHLY recommend using this company. Thank you!

The guys at True Fix did a very thorough job of inspecting the whole problem with my ducts and furnace that was necessary to do the job. My house is older with a few space challenges and they brainstormed to come with a brilliant spot on plan. They installed top of the line equipment extremely fast, and at a fair price. They have since checked back with me twice to see if I was happy. If you want a mix of honest hard work, great customer service, and a company that will go above and beyond to get it right then by all means choose True Fix. They are amazing and feel like family.

My friend was in dire straits when her A/C went out. She tried Nextdoor Neighbor and someone came out to diagnose and said compressor was bad. He was going to try to find a used one. Then a second guy came out and tripped all the breakers and said she needed a electrician and drove off. So this is where I get involved and figured it was a compressor. The unit is a Train (that derailed) made in 2021. I contacted True Fix A/C and spoke to Gerald. We decided the warranty was the best way to go. They came out and their diagnosis said it was a compressor shorted out causing the tripped breaker, and gave her a warranty price of $740.00. She gave a hundred dollars down and had the balance to pay when done. Then she received a phone call from True Fix and said it could be $300 more for parts that might be needed. I called on her behalf and was told the might be needed parts was for freon and it was $70 a pound and might need 3 pounds. I passed this on to her. They came out and replaced the compressor. I asked if they were going to collect freon and then add. I was told no they can't use old freon when a compressor is shot. The end of the story they charged her around $1500. when all said and done. I believe you should be honest when you come give an estimate and should have told her about the freon needed and not surprised in the end.

Horrible service. No commitments. Estimated price is different then the actual price of the service. Not trustworthy..... Spoken with Mr. Mike and Miss Ashley.. very bad. Very very bad. Extremely not satisfied....

I called and a lady named Emma answered the phone and was extremely rude not a pleasant person to talk too. Very short and abrupt on the phone I would not have this person answer my company phone ever. It was so unpleasing that I just hung up and called another company. They lost a good customer their loss.
