Let me start by saying that I am almost 65 years old. The employees at the cash registers watched me carry six 3gal plants all the way to the front. With the first two I asked them if I could leave my plants there on the ground by the cash registers since I couldn't find a cart. They said I could and never told me where I could find one. I will never go back.

Go to the website and PRINT the coupon. We had it pulled up on our phone and it would have saved us $20 but they refused to honor it... Horrible customer service if you ask me.

Also, we asked a few different employees about where to find a specific plant and they all said "go find the guy with the orange vest". It appears that if you need any help with anything to actually do with the flowers or types you have to hunt down the needle in a haystack one educated employee.

HOWEVER, they do have a huge selection.

The parking here is a little tricky. The location is right off the feeder as well. There are tons of flowers and a really good selection but you need to know what you want and be pretty self sufficient because it's nearly impossible to find help.

Considering the high demand on landscaping plants and flowers, this location stock on these items is pretty decent. They have knockout roses (mine were able to endure the recent freeze), trees, Azaleas, Impatient flowers and many more. Unfortunately this time around I couldn't find Fox Tail Ferns which are in high demand. It has a fast check out but good luck finding an employee available, most of them are either helping other costumers or you can't find them.

Let me just say this. If you need any help from the staff, then forget about it 😕. I ask them 3 three times for the 4 specific items. Did they help? No. They simply pointed in a direction instead of walking me to them. If you ask someone where an item, and they point saying over there. My next question is, "Where is there?" SMH 🙄

I don't know if it laziness or a language barrier since neither cashier at front spoken English very well. I have been here before this occasion with similar issues.

They are unhelpful and appear not wanting to be bothered by a paying customer. It is just the worst customer service ever.

I did make multiple items to purchase despite the staff foul attempt at assistance.

As far as the signage is concerned, you basically have to lift each plant up to identify them unless you are an expert and classify them on the spot.

This visit will be my last. Find other venues who can treat their clientele better.

Great assortment of Christmas trees. They cut and mount the tree on the stand for an additional $18.99. Don’t forget to tip your elf helper!

They ALWAYS have what I need at reasonable prices. I couldn’t find reasonably-priced grass pieces anywhere. Houston Garden Centers came through with the grass pieces for sodding. I also found the prettiest Azalea full of flowers. The fellow at the register suggested a root stimulator and the right soil for planting. They helped me load the sod pieces in my car which was a great help!! One stop shop for all things gardening!!

Arrived right on time and took down five large pine trees at a very reasonable price. Angel was great he explained the entire process and helped with scheduling. We’ve already set up to remove ten more trees in two months. I’m really pleased with how everything turned out thank you Martinez Professional Trees.

We had an excellent experience with Martinez Professional Tree Services for a large tree removal project. They removed 21 multi-branch trees from the front of our fence line, including the root balls. The job was tricky due to the proximity to our sprinkler system and a gas line, but they handled it with precision and care.

Their pricing was competitive, and they were incredibly easy to work with. The owner was helpful and responsive throughout the process. The crew was professional, polite, and arrived on time. Before starting, they walked through the project to confirm all details, and after completion, they went over everything again to ensure we were satisfied. They worked quickly and efficiently, and the cleanup was so thorough that you’d never know they had been there.

Fantastic service at a great price.

The owner is a nice guy but is extremely unreliable. He constantly no shows and doesn’t inform you that he wont be there. We over paid him in cash by $t15 and said he would take it off our next bill. 4 months later he still won’t show up to mow the lawn and has a million and one excuses why he has no showed 8 times. DO NOT use his service. He is unprofessional and should in no way own his own business.

I was very pleased with Remedy Roofing. They were professional, very good at communicating, and the repair person inspired confidence that our roof leak would be resolved. We had two other roofers out prior to Remedy. One said we didn’t need a repair (even though we had a leak) and the other suggested extensive repairs but didn't show up for appointments without calling and took almost 3 weeks to get back to us with an estimate (again, with no communication about why it was taking so long.). After those experiences, I especially appreciated Remedy so i recommend them.

Recently (5/8), we replaced our roof and for that we went with Remedy Roofing and we couldn't be more satisfied.

I have used Remedy roofing couple times to change the roof of different houses. Jason and Lori were both professional and very helpful. Job was done in a timely manner. I would use them again if need to be.

The roof had an opening made by wildlife. Remedy Roofing repaired the roof such that there was no trace of damage when the job was completed.

Our neighbor used this service. The team decided it was fine to park in our driveway without asking us. I went outside after 30 minutes and said “you parked in my driveway”. The man’s response was to ask me if I was going anywhere and that they were unloading. Instead of that response, he should’ve said “oh sorry, let me move that right away”. They didn’t move there car for another hour until I went out again and asked them to move it.

I have used Remedy Roofing before when I lived in Katy, they replaced old roof and picked up all debris. I have moved and of course contacted Remedy again to do shingle repairs again came out to new home (Hockley) replaced shingles that came up and matched so well as you can not tell what was replaced. Awesome job!! Definitely my go to..

Beware. I should have written this review a couple of years ago, but didn’t want to continue to be upset by their lack of integrity. Bottom line is don’t use these guys they are not a reputable company. They replaced my roof gutters and some windows after a hailstorm a couple of years ago (a $33,000.00 insurance claim). During the job they damaged the bottom panel of our garage door and left a nail-rust stain in the bottom of our relatively new pool. I reported these issues to our representative at the time and was told these two issues would be handled under warranty when the job was completed. Neither were repaired then. I was asked to take and send pictures of the garage door panel damage and promptly received a response that the claim was denied as they said the damage was done from inside the garage which was not true. They then sent three different guys out to look at the pool stain and none of them could remove it. The third company said my pool plaster was defective so it wasn’t covered under warranty, but he could fix the damage for $400.00. I’m not sure how my pool plaster could be defective in only one two-inch square part of the entire pool. A couple of years went by, and I received a call from a senior roofing consultant at Remedy Roofing following up to make sure I was happy with the job that was done. I informed him that I was not and told him about the two outstanding issues, neither of which I had repaired yet. He agreed to come out and look at both. He did and pretty much sided with me that they were both consistent with possible damage during the job. He went back to his superiors as my advocate and was told the job was too long ago and it could not be proven that the damage wasn’t recent even thought I still had dated copies of the email exchange on the garage door. The bottom line is I knew better and should never have paid them the full amount of the job before the damage was repaired. Buyer beware. These guys are not a reputable company.

Remedy Roofing worked closely with me through a long and arduous insurance claim process. Thanks to Cody and Jennifer for guiding me through. On the day, the team worked efficiently and safely to deliver a top notch job. This was a big and steep roof. They did return a second day to complete and clean up (this was March daylight hours). Cleanup was great and Kohl Neel did a great job ensuring I was completely satisfied.
