3 times Ies has come out for warranty work and this last time the issue came back less than 7 hours after the electrician left. Never use this company

We have had electrical issues with our home since we moved in. We've had them come to our house several times now for the SAME issues. Now that it's closer to our warranty expiring on our new home, a supervisor named Tyler, is claiming our issues are not under warranty. They haven't fixed the problem at all and now it's not their problem and it's the problem of the homeowners? Unbelievable. They shouldn't work for builders since they're unreliable and work is shoddy. We even have an independent inspector come out to inspect before our warranty expires and Tyler will not honor it. Tyler told me it will cost money for an inspection. Like wow. Our issues were NEVER addressed.

Company has been around for decades. I went with them because I trusted they would be there down the road if I needed them. Easy to work with and they have stayed true to their word on everything they said they would do. So far I have paid $56 in electricity in the last 3 months and this month should be my best yet. Warning - it becomes addicting watching the power you produce during the day.

IES Solar installed a gas powered generator for us in 2022. By far, it has been the worst home improvement project we have ever experienced. The project lagged for months. The poor trenching job resulted in us having to re-level and re-sod large sections of our yard. The generator has never performed well and we have had to call out for repairs multiple times to fix the poor workmanship of the IES crew. There is nothing like spending what we did and living through a long project just to find out that it still doesn't work when you need it. We could not be more disappointed.

Atrocious company; likely hiring a bunch of low skill, careless and negligent workers. Haphazardly installed electrical, no workmanship or ethics in fixing their mess. So many mistakes with no regard to the in investment, scale of the home. This is people's personal space. Have some integrity in your workmanship especially when you get paid well for it. So glad their contract is getting over with many of these builders.
