We recommend Avree for your pool and structure build and can’t say enough great things about Chris and David. While we experienced a lot of changeover during our project, Chris not only designed an amazing pool but also served as a valuable resource in keeping everything on track. When David stepped in to take over, he brought all his years of expertise to ensure everything was completed to the highest quality—far exceeding how things were going before. Our project should be finished in just a few weeks, and we can’t wait to make countless memories in our new pool and outdoor kitchen.

Update: we are now 7 months later and still have items not completed.

Kyle's amazing design truly brought our dream pool to life. His creativity and attention to detail were impressive, making the whole process exciting and enjoyable. His communication with answering our many many (haha) phones call was amazing. He eased our worries and made sure everything was done perfectly.

This was our first time building a pool, and while we didn’t think through every detail from the start, we feel lucky to have had Jon as our project manager. He truly made a big difference in our experience. Jon is responsible, reliable, and always on top of things. He scheduled everything on time, answered all our questions, and kept us updated throughout the process. If anything was going to be delayed, he let us know early and explained why and how it would be resolved. His communication was excellent and gave us a lot of peace of mind.

If you choose Averee, I strongly recommend asking for Jon to lead your project. We had a different project staff member at first who left the company in the middle of our build, and the transition to Jon was a huge upgrade.

The main reason for the 3-star rating is the landscaping part of the project. It’s not handled by Jon, but by a salesperson at Averee. Unfortunately, we waited over six weeks for the landscaper to come, and the dates kept getting pushed back. The salesperson consistently ignored our concerns or made promises that were never followed through. Over the past five weeks, he told us more than 10 times—via Slack, text, or phone—that the landscaper would come “tomorrow,” “this week,” or “next week,” yet no one ever showed up. It was really frustrating, especially since everything else was going so well.

We also encountered some misleading promises from the salesperson. One of them was that the backyard would be fully fixed and new sod would be installed right after the pool was finished. But when the time came, they only delivered 5 pallets of sod, while the job actually required 13. We had to pay extra for the remaining pallets, which felt unfair given the original commitment.

Overall, we’re happy with how the pool itself turned out. We’ll be uploading backyard photos once everything is completely finished.
