Friendly, informational, thorough, helpful, efficient.
Pros:
• They called to confirm appointment
• They called to confirm tech was on the way
• They called as a followup to make sure everything was alright
• The electrician (Angel) was awesome and so helpful, explaining the options possible, what he was doing, and potential options in the future (with quotes!)
• Got way more bang for buck than expected
• Fixed another small problem we didn’t even know we hadCons:
• NoneJust super professional but still personable.

I was vacuuming and all of a sudden, no power. I called Gardner and 2 amazing technicians came out that day, found my problem quickly and communicated the problem and solution clearly. I usually try to fix things myself but glad I didn’t. This was a burned out wire that could have caused a fire! Great service!
