Tree reviews in Kaufman, Texas

Great service from LoneStar Tree Services!
I contacted Chris and I got a quick response to schedule a visit, got a reasonable quote and a date to start the job. They helped me twice with the storms back in May, they trimmed some trees in the back patio of the residence and also replaced the landscaping lights!
The whole crew did an amazing job here in Dallas, highly recommend.

Just had my trees done by them. Quick and easy job, especially on a bigger tree we had and great cleanup afterwards. Can highly recommend for any tree service you may need done.

Chris and his team at Lone Star Tree Service did a great job for us taking down two large trees. We had a pine tree and a large mulberry tree and they both took them down without any problems. They arrived on time at 8:30 am and were all done by 12:45 pm. I would not hesitate to recommend Lone Star Tree Service or to use them again if needed.

I had one tree down and another about to fall and needed help prior to storms forecast for the weekend. I tried Lonestar because they were close but mostly because of their high Google rating. Chris was able to make it out same day, gave me a reasonable estimate, and got the job done 2 days later. His crew was prompt, professional, and cleaned up afterwards. Strongly recommend Lonestar Tree Service if you need tree cutting/removal!

Chris and the guys at Lonestar Tree Service trimmed at our residential property in Dallas. Chris was responsive and easy to communicate with to schedule the service. His team did an excellent work on some large trees and left our yard in better condition than they found it. They also made sure to review their work with me prior to completing the job. I would absolutely recommend Lonestar Tree Services and plan to work with them in the future.

Outstanding Service from LoneStar Tree Service!
I contacted LoneStar Tree Service for a tree issue and couldn’t be more pleased. Not only did they handle the original problem efficiently, but they also identified and confirmed a concern we had about another tree on our property. The team was professional, friendly, and thorough—they even cleaned up all the branches after the removal. Best of all, their pricing was the most affordable out of several companies I contacted. I highly recommend LoneStar Tree Service for any tree or landscaping needs!

Lonestar Tree Service did an excellent job removing some large broken branches from my tall oak tree. They were super friendly, professional, and worked quickly to get the job done. I was very impressed with their efficiency and care. Highly recommend!

I recently hired LoneStar Tree Service, and Chris and his team did an outstanding job! Not only were they affordable, but the trees now look fantastic. They took great care to ensure the yard was left spotless, clearing away all the fallen debris, including twigs and small branches. I’m really impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend them if you need tree work done!

Chris and his team did a great job taking down our 30+ year maple tree. Some of the upper branches extended over our house and they skillfully took it down. When I first called for an estimate , I received a call back in a timely manner and a visit and quote quickly as well. Chris’s wife came out and took pictures so Chris could do the quote. This is a family business that takes pride in their work and are a pleasure to work with.

Chris has done several tree jobs for two apartment complexes for my company. Large & small jobs He came very quickly for an emergency call to remove tree limbs off a building after a storm that could have caused damage to our residents vehicles. He is very knowledgeable & always so
Responsive to our needs. His prices are more than fair . We will continue to use Lonestar
Tree service for years to come.

One of the best tree services in the Kaufman, TX area. Very, reasonably priced, quick service and clean up is spotless when they leave. I have used 2 other tree services prior to contacting LoanStar and wish I would have always used LoanStar instead. I give this company 5 stars as they are the best in this area for price. They use a very large woodchipper which leaves nothing behind to indicate they were on your property. Seriously impressed with this company. You will be too. Try them.

Chris and his crew were fast, efficient and took care of a couple storm damaged trees on my property. He was reasonable with his price and I would totally recommend!

Lonestar Tree Service did an amazing job on our future home's one acre lot. They removed three large trees from our future back yard then cleared out the remaining back half of the lot. This was a huge order and Lonestar knocked it out in 2 days. Chris was great to work with and informed us of all the aspects of landscaping that Lonestar offers.

Outstanding Service from Start to Finish!
I had an amazing experience with this team from beginning to end. Their customer service is top-notch—friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They truly put the customer first. They were punctual, efficient, and did a fantastic job with the cleanup—you’d never even know they were here! I highly recommend them for all your landscaping and tree care needs. Trust them with your property, and they’ll take great care of you. A solid 10/10!

Awesome service. Competitive pricing. The cleanup afterwards was outstanding. I didn’t get a chance to move everything before they got here. They didn't hesitate to move it, and put everything back as it was. These are the guys to call!

Beware ... he charged me $800.00 to trim out my trees. And never finished the job.
He refuses to give back my $400.00.
He lied and said he sent 3 people to finish the trees that overhang into my neighbor yard!! I was home that day. I watched out my bedroom window and the kitchen. The guy almost fell off that ladder and could not reach those limbs!!!@ There was one guy. Plus he is the one that is suppose to talk to the neighbor about her dogs and unlocking her gate. That is not my job That is his JOB NOT MINE!
I will be filing in small claims court for the return of my $400.00!!!
OH HE IS SUPPOSE TO BE A FRIEND OF MY GRANDDAUGHTER!! SOME FRIEND !!!
I'M 70 YEARS OLD SO I FEEL HE TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE ELDERLY!!

UPDATE CHRIS SAID HE WAS GOING TO FINISH THE TREES AND STILL HAS NOT DONE ANYTHING TO REMEDY THE HORRIBLE JOB THEY DID!

I'm taking Chris to court because instead of owing back $400.00 he owes back the whole $800.00 he never finished trimming the trees in my yard. I'm asking fo interest plus court fees....

You can see the dead tree limbs Chris left in my trees.
He never finished the trees in my. Yard or the trees overhanging into the neighbors yard.

He refuses to give back my money after the HORRIBLE JOB HIS CREW DID NOT FINISH!!!

I just want to add that big dead limb laying on the ground. I'm so glad it did not fall when my great-grandchildren were playing with the basketball goalie.

I turned Chris unto BBB and he lied that the gate was locked to trim the trees in the neighbors yard.
He lied, saying he had to jump her fence. Lol
If he had jumped her fence, he would have tore up her fence, dragging tree limbs over.
Oh, I want to add that the gate was never locked. I talked to my neighbor. The trees should have been completed the very first day

Stop lying!

Chris and his crew at Lone Star Tree Service were very professional and did excellent work removing a tree in our front yard. We loved how much care that Chris and his crew used to bring down the tree safely and all the clean up. We’ve scheduled Chris to come and remove another tree and also stump grinding. The pricing for tree removal, stump grinding and debris clean up is very reasonable and Chris offers senior discounts. Chris and his crew do lovely professional work and I recommend Lone Star Tree Service to all my family, friends and neighbors.

Fantastic service from Chris and his Lonestar Tree Service team. On time arrival on the specified date, and expert completion of the job. Trees look great, and Chris kindly pointed out a potential issue with one of the trees that might require future attention.

I reached out to this company on the recommendation of a friend. They answered quickly. Set a date within a few days to come look and bid. Started job the next day with all the equipment and several guys on the crew. They did a very professional job and we are thrilled with the results. I highly recommend Cris and his company and crew for any of your tree needs. We are extremely pleased.
I really can’t say enough about this company.
They cleaned up all the limbs and debris as well.

I had 3 burr oaks that needed trimmed. Came out and trimmed them up, cleaned up great. I sent him a video of what I was wanting and his bid was lower than a competitor. Thanks
