We contacted these guys to get an estimate for service at my client's home where a fire occured. After waiting a week, I contacted them asking for their estimate (as I had gotten from 2 other reputable companies in Fort Worth) and was told I could not get the estimate unless I agreed to sign a service contract with them before I saw the estimate. When I called corporate, the 'Customer Concerns' agent said each franchisee can do as they please and there was nothing to be done. I would never consider using this company again.

December 23, 2022 a pipe burst when it got so cold and flooded my home. This is the one serve pro location out of several that I called who said they would come out that night. They got there at 11 pm and worked until 1 am. And they were back the next day with even more fans to help dry out the house. So lucky to have found such good people to get me through this nightmare. They document everything they do which is a tremendous help in getting insurance to cover your damages. Their communication, commitment and compassion is impressive. Highly recommend!

Words can’t explain the absolute great service I received from this company! The communication and the consistent updates that I received throughout this entire process was amazing. I highly recommend them!! They identified the problem immediately! Informed me of the process and step by step of what will happen to get my house back to normal. My house went from having tile to wood due to the mold. My restroom got remodeled because we had constant leaks in there. They provided us photos of everything that they found while tearing everything out of the restroom. I can’t explain how happy I’am with my home. Overall the communication and updates of the process is definitely what I appreciate the most! If you want someone who keeps you in the loop and not giving you the run around. Hire them to help you out!

Albert and his team have become like family to me in the unfortunate events of needing their services the last few years.
