This experience and the level of service was beyond compare! If I could have given a 10 I would have! The cleaning was thorough and a great value. I will never use another carpet cleaner. I'm a Ripley customer for life. ❤❤❤

I've been using Ripley Cleaning for a few years for carpet, upholstery, and duct cleaning and have always been very satisfied. I'm sure they are not the cheapest around but you do get what you pay for which is very professional service and great results. This last carpet cleaning Greg convinced me to let him add his new "power scrubber" option to my service. They spray the carpet with pre-spot and then go over with the power scrubber which digs through the carpet with some kind of tines and drags all the deep down dirt, pet hair, etc. out. The "scrubber" is followed by the regular carpet cleaning. My carpets were in bad shape in the heavy traffic areas and were pretty matted down. The power scrubber made such a difference in not only cleaning the carpets but in rejuvenating their texture--making them look and feel thicker and softer. This builder grade carpet now looks like new. I didn't have Greg do all the rooms because I didn't feel like moving stuff around in all of them but need to because there is such a difference in the carpets were were power scrubbed and those that were not. Try it. You will not be disappointed. It added about $30 to my total bill but it's completely worth it.

I was one of those customers who called a different company first. When they forgot to show up for a cleaning I scheduled 3 weeks in advance, I was in a bind. I googled carpet cleaners. So many came up, but based off of reviews alone, I chose these guys. BEST. DECISION. EVER.
They worked me in for same day service, and Mike, the technician, took his time with me. He explained everything in detail. Thank you guys so much for the awesome service and great cleaning.
