Outside unit had shut down completely. Checked all the normal switches, breakers etc and called for assistance after turning off my a/c since I didn't know what was wrong. Got help the next morning. Found out my float switch was trigger. Also know now what a float switch is! He walked me through how to check it in the future, how to clean the pipe to make sure no debris . My nightmare was fixed in less than 10 min! Educational, fast, friendly, respectful and so helpful. Thank you !! And incredibly reasonable price for service fee! Can't recommend them enough based on this experience!

We had used a different AC company since 2016. When our unit stopped working a few days ago, we called our usual guy who said our home was no longer in his area but didn't refer us to any other company. It look several hours to find a company that would work on our issue and send someone in a timely manner while working around our schedule. Mid-Cities Air replaced our blower motor after 4 days without air. The tech showed up on time, was friendly and super professional! He even gave us general maintenance tips for our unit. Even better, he talked to us about chickens and he showed us pictures of his! LOL! We will be using Mid-Cities Air from now on! 🐓

Outside AC unit stopped working at midnight. Scheduled appointment online at 2am and technician showed up by 830 that morning. We've had 20+ days of over 100 Temps and we are very thankful that Mid Cities was so responsive. Technician was polite, professional and able diagnose the issue as a capacitor which he replaced and the house started cooling before he left 30 min later!
