Service one Air is my go to company for everything HVAC and heating related issues. They are super responsive, professional and excellent at what they do. I use them on my own home and I recommend them to my clients.

I’ve been very pleased with Service One and the new HVAC Trane system I purchased. The techs are profesional and courteous on the semi annual check ups.

Josh came out same day, was extremely professional and knowledgeable for a complex 2 zone issue another company could not figure out.

We submitted our work order request in the middle of the night when we realized our AC wasnt working, and Kenny arrived by 11am to fix it! We appreciate his kindness and quick work to resolve this issue for us!

Excellent service from Service 1 One AC, Heating & Plumbing. Kenny Martin was our serviceman and he was AWESOME! I called our warranty company late yesterday and we were assigned Service One as a vendor to come out , I just knew it would be Monday before they could send someone out. Got a call first thing this morning with a window between 10:00 AM -1:00 PM for technician to arrive. Arrived on time, explained everything he was doing, respected our floors by covering his shoes & so polite and respectful. Kenny got our AC back up and running. Will definitely use again and recommend Service 1 One to all my family & friends! Excellent service!! Ask for Kenny!

I had a few issues with this company at first, but they took the time to make things right and that means a lot. It shows they truly care about the quality of their work. They might not be the cheapest AC company out there, but sometimes quality is worth paying for.

When I called at 7:00 AM, an actual person answered (a rare thing these days!). By 9:00 AM, a tech was at my house. By 9:30, he had found the problem—a bad blower motor. He had to leave to pick up the part and take care of a couple of other jobs, but he still made it back that same evening and got my AC running again quickly.

Osvaldo, the service tech, was fantastic—professional, polite, and quick. He did exactly what he said he would and made the whole process a lot less stressful. I’d happily recommend him to anyone.

Kenny came and replaced the blower capacitor and igniter on our heating unit. He was prompt, curious and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the service provided and we now have heat!!
