Reviews of local pros in Keller, Texas

The team has been professional and done an amazing job. I highly recommend this service to anyone who wants a simple way to keep their bins spotless!

First time using this company, and I plan on using them for the future. They had great communication, fast, and my trash bins look great :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I had an exceptional experience with Bin Cleaned! From the moment I reached out, the scheduling process was smooth and straightforward. Their customer service team was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing all of my questions. Once the team arrived (Ryan & Family), I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. When they finished cleaning my bins, I could hardly believe the difference. My bins now have a delightful scent reminiscent of fresh linen, which was an unexpected bonus. The best part was stepping outside afterward; the refreshing aroma lingered in the air, making my entire neighborhood smell clean. I highly recommend Bin Cleaned to anyone. Glad I made that call, and will be using them again. Thank you!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They cleaned my trash cans so well I swear the raccoons left a Yelp review. The cans are shining like they just got baptized. I opened the lid and heard angels. 10 out of 10, might start storing snacks in there.

I cannot speak highly enough about this service! Our trash bins are so disgusting with the most horrible smell and they come and make them squeaky clean and delicious smelling! And, our representative Zach takes them all the way up our driveway and put them next to our house which was definitely not expected…but much appreciated!
The company provides clear communication regarding service days and is always on time. Big thumbs up!

I love the services they provide. Trash cans are squeaky clean and smell awesome. I’m so glad we found them for 1x per month cleaning!!

Very happy with their service. They even went out of the way to quickly reschedule my cleaning when my garbage was missed for pick up on its regular day. Highly recommend!

It's PERFECT! They call and let you know when they are coming. The bins are spotless and smell good & the nice gentleman brought them both up the to garage without being asked.
Top notch! Thank you again for a job well done!
Highly recommend!

It’s Bin Cleaned did a great job my trash cans. They were so dirty and smelled awful. Now they are just like new and smell better than ever.

They do an awesome job! Plastic bins had a smell i couldn't get rid of they came clean them out and that smell is completely gone!!!!

For the most part, this bin cleaning company does a good job. I really appreciate that they bring my bins back up to the house after each cleaning — it's a nice touch that adds convenience.

However, I did have an issue where I was charged but not serviced. I had to follow up myself to find out when I would be receiving service that month, which was frustrating. Since then, I've noticed they often send a text in the morning saying they’re 15 minutes away — but my trash pickup is always late in the day. I usually have to respond right away to avoid missing service again, which makes the process feel a bit unreliable.

Overall, they provide a useful service and do it fairly well, but the communication and scheduling could use improvement.

My trash bins are so clean and actually smell great. My cleaner took so much time to get it all right.

Awesome service! If you don’t think you need this…go stand downwind of your trash cans! Also, mold can make you sick when the spores blow around. Go take a deep breath in your trash cans…I can!

Great service, many reminders (which I definitely need), super friendly people, bins are looking brand new and so clean each time.

Signed up for service and was taken care of the same day! Great communication and ease of use with the service. Will happily continue to support this veteran owned business.

Amazing service! I absolutely love getting my bins cleaned monthly. Great customer service as well.

It's Bin Cleaned is phenomenal! They go out of their way to let you know when they're coming - multiple times! They always do a great job and bring my cans up to the house. You can't go wrong with these guys!

Service is wonderful. We purchased a house and the cans were disgusting. IBC came out as scheduled, communicated effectively, and did a great job. Cans smell wonderful.

Very professional and fast. So easy to schedule. They left our bins looking like new and smelling so fresh.

Amazing job and Customer Service. Picked up bins from behind the fence, cleaned and put them all back. Love having clean trash bins.

Arlington Bin Cleaning has been incredible to work with. They communicate well and deliver on their promises. Super satisfied with my clean trash bins!
