I currently own speed queen and would not have anything else EVER!!! Plus the repair man is terrific, thorough, respectful and knowledge of speed queen is very impressive. Service tech was great and fixed the issue with my dryer that day. They still charge you a $119 service fee for coming out and don’t put it towards the parts and labor like other places if you get it done that day.

These guys are great!!! Honest people and know what they are doing. Recommended to us by a friend and we have used them twice now. We have found someone that we will use again and again when we need service or replacement of our appliances. Highly recommend. Quickly Installed the Parts needed to repair Condenser Fan on my Refrigerator and even fixed a smaller issue that was causing the Ice Maker overspill water.

Have been using Ace for several years and they provide stellar service. They've repaired our dryer, fridge and just last week our dishwasher. Brian has been our service tech and his knowledge and service is top notch!

Dishwasher was leaking. Called Ace and they scheduled a service call for the next day. Brian arrived on time and had everything fixed within an hour for a reasonable price. He was friendly and also provided tips on how to avoid costly water damage in the future. I’ll definitely call Ace next time I have any appliance issues!

Brian did such a great job at my house. He diagnosed the issues we were having with our dishwasher and helped me decide to repair vs replace. He had the parts with him to repair but I couldn’t wait to get a new one instead! He came back for my install and did a great job. Took the old one + all the packaging from the new one with him. He’s a great guy in general and easy to chat with. Big smile and happy guy! 5 stars. I’ll have him back for all of our other appliances bc he’s so easy to work with!
