Exceptional service once again! Got our downstairs unit up and running quickly. Had to replace our evaporator coil, and the two guys who replaced it were beyond professional. Definitely recommend Platinum every time.

My experience with Platinum Air has been outstanding. Whenever I have a question, Sandy replies almost immediately to arrange a house call. We’ve never had major issues—usually just a programming glitch—but their team still comes out to confirm everything is running smoothly. Their personal attention and courtesy far exceed what I’ve received from other HVAC companies. Once, I mistakenly hired a duct-cleaning service that caused more harm than good; Platinum Air fixed the damage and explained how many of those “cleaning” outfits are scams. Their integrity and refusal to nickel-and-dime customers are why I will always trust Platinum Air to maintain our HVAC system!

Big thanks to Platinum Air for the fast response and great service! Scott had our A/C running again in no time. The A/C stopped cooling and the temperature was up to 84 degrees inside. He replaced the condenser fan motor and the unit started cooling like normal. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be sticking with them.

We were having an issue with negative pressure in our house and Platinum air came in and diagnosed the problem within about 20 min, then was out 3 days later to completely fix the problem. This was after our other ac company who we had been using for 10 years didn't even attempt to look for a problem and tried to just sell us an over priced bandaid "fix" that was twice the cost of our repair and would have resulted in a burned out AC unit.
I highly recommend Platinum air. They responded quickly and professionally and their pricing is reasonable. We will definitely be using them from here on for any AC issues.

Platinum Air is the best! My AC went out today and they came over and had it fixed in no time. Also several years ago when my AC was not working, I called another company and they came and said we needed a whole new AC system. That’s when I found Platinum Air and called them for a second opinion and they said we only needed a new coil. They saved just around $9000. I feel that they are a very honest and good company. I’m thankful for Platinum Air!

This company has been my go-to for the last nine years. I have always had good experiences. If it can be fixed, it will be, and if it’s too far gone, they will set you up as fast as they can. They are fair, honest, and rock solid. Houston is a hard climate, but these guys take the worst parts out of living here!

You guys saved me big time! Came out quickly when my downstairs AC was not blowing cold and fixed it within an hour. We cannot say enough good about this company and the people behind it. They installed two complete units for us at an incredible price. One day install. The installers were just as professional and friendly as the management. Clean up and left without a problem. Scott came back and instructed us on the damper flow and filter. Platinum Air feels likes family. Excellent company, excellent.
