My husband and I scheduled a visit with Victory Comfort Solutions for a Free Second Opinion. Matt and Josh thoroughly assessed and evaluated our HVAC system and home. My husband and I trusted their assessment and evaluation due to their professionalism, superior product knowledge, integrity, and courtesy. They answered each of our questions in detail and proposed four specialized solutions to our indoor comfort needs and our budget. We decided on the long-term system solution with the highest Seasonal Energy Efficiency Ratios (SEERs) we could afford; new single-stage condenser, furnace, evaporator coil, thermostat, new duct collar and increaser to box, and the parts necessary for our split-system. The final total was lower than the competitors’ totals. We discussed finance plans that fit our needs. Once, we were approved, all systems go!

The Victory Comfort Solutions Air Conditioning and Heating Installation team: Josh, Luis, Jonathan, and Alex; were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient, and worked well together. The team exemplified synergy in motion. I was amazed at how quickly the team removed our old HVAC system and installed the new system. The team cleaned up after themselves, and then recharged our system with R-410A refrigerant. Josh explained our thermostat, reviewed the invoice, answered further questions, and requested that we call him if we have any concerns.

I plan to see if we qualify for the Federal Tax Credit Program for qualifying residential heating and cooling equipment. My husband, fur babies, and I are grateful to have an efficient central air conditioner. We have less stress on our bodies and our fur babies are shedding less. Our fur babies give Victory Comfort Solutions Air Conditioning and Heating, 4 out of 4 Paws Up! Life is good.
