Matthew went out of his way to work me in during a very busy time of year and exhibited the highest customer service qualities when it came to suburb professionalism, highest level of courtesy, highly skilled, and great communication. Would recommend him to anyone and certainly use again when needed.

Had these guys handle a couple of jobs for me at my residence and home office now. (custom AC install into a micro datacenter, and rebalancing my main house multi zone unit + additional zone installs) Very professional, very friendly, and they do fantastic work. Pricing has been pretty competitive, and I've been very happy with the post job communication, very prompt on replies. I've dropped Davis entirely in favor of Victory, and I have no reason to look back. Highly recommended.

Matt came recommended from the neighborhood group. I had some issues with regards to the way my HVAC was installed initially. He came spent time and even fixed a basic problem prior to the major fix of re-routing a few ducts in my house.

If I have any Heating or air conditioning issues in the future, I will only need to make a single call.

Called Matt and he and his partner came same day before heading to another job to check it out. They were able to diagnose and fix it without costing an arm and a leg. Definitely will be using them when it comes to replacing our systems. Lord knows they are on their last leg. Very pleased with their help and knowledge.

I can not recommend Victory Comfort solutions enough. Today My front AC in my business gave out which is never good in Texas. We placed a call into Victory from a recommendation from another local business and we were serviced the same day. Not only did we have a service call the same day but the problem was fixed the same day as well. Very professional, Affordable and amazing customer service.

These guys are incredible. I've had heating problems, cooling problems, leaks, you name it. They have always been there for me and my family. They are responsive and respectful. I trust their professionalism and honesty. Some AC companies are out there trying to get everything out of you that they can, these guys just want to help. I strongly recommend them.

Matt came out to my home the same day I called him. He worked late to assist us with a unit that was not cooling properly. His honestly and ability to explain the system was exceptional. He took time to explain the problem and replace only the components that were defective. His desire to serve impressed me as a genuine heart of a Christian. Would recommend him without reservation to anyone needing help with their air conditioning system. Five stars is not enough to express his level of professionalism.

Super helpful and timely team. They fixed my AC last summer, and had to disconnect the heater from the thermostat until I got a new one (it was blowing both heat and cool at the same time). Well it's winter and I still hadn't replaced it, but he was happy to talk me through how to reconnect my heater over the phone for no charge.

We highly recommend Matt he was at our house immediately after the a/c went out. He gave us a great deal and had his crew out that day to put in a complete system and even finished that night. I would use his company time and time again.

Victory Comfort Solutions is the Creme De La Creme of AC Service companies in the Clear Lake/ League City Texas area! I will never call on another AC repair company again after experiencing the high level of customer service and extremely knowledgeable employees at Victory Comfort. I recently contacted Matt about servicing one of my ac units that was malfunctioning. Throughout the entire process, from start to finish, I felt like I was informed of all options before having my AC unit replaced. They really go the extra mile in every detail of their service! I would give them 10 stars if that had been an option in Google review!

We have been calling Matt and his team for the past 3 years or so for our 2 units at our residence. The Lennox outside units are old (2006 and 2010) and limping along. Matt has come by each time (probably 6-7 times by now) to fix various issues ranging from capacitors to cracked fans to fried circuit breakers to cleaning and prolonging our system. Its on its last leg today but he topped off our upstairs R-22 and informed us that we need to start looking at replacement options. I fully intend to use Matt and Victory Comfort Solutions going forward. And not to mention he ALWAYS makes room for you and is communicative throughout. Great guy, great team, great company.

Was very impressed by his professionalism, not recommending items to be replaced that did not need to be replaced… And was more reasonable than my former company! Matt with Victory Comfort Solutions came over today on short notice to look at our troubled HVAC system. He quickly identified the issue and worked diligently to repair it the same day. He kept a strong focus on my family’s needs, and he worked late on a Friday evening to ensure our 3 month old baby would be warm tonight.

Excellent Job completed by Matt and his Crew! Guys came out On Time and got right to work, everyone was very professional and attentive to the task at hand! Replaced our entire unit in the attic, recharged the system and made sure all was working and cleaned up before they left! Job was completed within a few hours of start time. My wife and I needed a complete ac overhaul. We reached out to a local company to get an estimate. I specifically told the owner not to try and upsell me and if he gave me a fair price I would not get a second opinion. They came out the next day and it went very well. Waited a few hours and then got the call with the estimate. An hour later I got another call asking me to find out what refrigerant my old ac uses. Of course it’s R-22 and then all hell broke loose. I was told I would have to replace my outside units. At the beginning of this review remember I said don’t upsell me. Now come Matt and Josh and their team recommended from a friend. Matt was 100% honest and explained everything in great detail. Needless to say he and his team got the job and the end result is incredible. Thank you Victory Comfort Solutions AC & Heat.
