So, please fix your system to include EVERY technician. Not just Josh.
I have no idea who Josh is, but he should not be the ONLY option when reviews are submitted.
Cameron, on the other hand, was awesome!
He conducted himself professionally, was very respectful, and walked us through every step of the way.
Cameron made certain everything was clean and debris free before he left and assured us we knew how everything worked before leaving.
I would definitely request him the next time we need services from Grand Slam Plumbing!

I am so thankful for you guys! You all went above and beyond to help us! Another local plumbing company had done some work on our main line to our house, but it busted a month later and they would not honor their guarantee. So, I called Grand Slam Plumbing and they made it out in a couple of hours and fixed us up in like 30 minutes. When they got to my neighborhood, the road to get to our house was pretty much demolished and they waited until accomodations were made for them to get through. I felt like they really knew what they were doing and what the other company did wrong and they were very professional.

Water spout broke before the freeze. Called them after hours and they were here the following day. Great communication and great service.

Great service. Second time I've used them. Once for a main sewer backup on a holiday evening and the owner came out that night and fixed it immediately! So Thankful! Second time was for a Faucet replacement. Excellent work. Would highly recommend.

If you're looking for an amazing plumbers. Grand Slam did a phenomenal job at our house. We had several Plumbing issues. And they came in evaluated everything found out what the problems are and took care of it. And the pricing was so reasonable I couldn't not believe it. But if you want a good local plumbing company this company is the company to call. They're family-owned company and they really give the Personal Touch. That the larger plumbing companies cannot give. The name of the company did some perfectly grand slam they did a grand slam job at our house! So we highly recommend you give them a call cuz they will do a phenomenal job.

Called them at 8 AM. Josh arrived at 9 AM. Clogged sink and dishwasher problem fixed by 10:30 AM. This is how it should always go. Their service is exemplary.
