Had an old school timer fail and take a water heater down with it at my mothers house in Arlington - I'm not nearby and I needed ANYONE to come out and remove the timer, allowing power to pass through to the heater.

Anyone with a little bit of electrical knowledge knows this is pretty straight forward - and after calling countless companies, getting the run around, Hugo asked me to send him a photo of the box and said his son, Guillermo, could be out there in an hour and the fix would be reasonable.

He delivered on every single front. The quality of work was good, he was kind and easy to talk to, what he charged me was fair and it shows integrity. This debacle started last night and everything has been stressful with the exception of dealing with these two. They have gained a customer for life. I cannot recommend them enough.

Our home building and remodeling firm has been working with Hugo and his crew for years. They always take care of our needs. I also have recommended them to family and friends who have been very pleased.

I had issue with a GFCI tripping repeatedly. After trying to repair myself I called Hugo. He came out Sunday morning - 8:00 AM, right on time. Not only did he repair the problem, he checked and upgraded 3 other receptacles that were on the same circuit! All at the price originally discussed! If you need an electrician - I can recommend Hugo 100%.!

I had an outdoor outlet installed in my home. He is personable and asked me questions to understand what I wanted and needed. The finished work exceeded my expectations and he charged me significantly less than the other quote I got.

I spotted Dad & Son Electric’s truck while running errands and decided to give them a call after two other electricians didn’t work out. He answered right away, listened carefully to what I needed— which included replacing recessed lights and adding two new fixtures on a dimmer switch—and gave me a fair, reasonable quote. He showed up as scheduled and did an excellent job. My wife, who was home with our 4-year-old said he was kind and professional during his time here. He made sure we were happy with the results and cleaned up thoroughly afterward. I’m really glad I found a reliable local electrician, especially after dealing with others who were either overpriced or unresponsive. I’ll definitely be using Dad & Son Electric again for future projects. Thank you!

Quality work and reasonably priced! My husband and I decided to use Dad and Son Electric for the first time to install an outlet in the master closet and add pendant wiring above the kitchen island. We had a wonderful experience. The work was done quickly and Hugo was very professional. He wore protective coverings over his shoes and used plastic wrap around his workspace. He had all the necessary equipment and did exactly what we discussed. I am very excited about the outlet in the master closet and the pendant wiring looks great. We will definitely use Dad and Son Electric again and recommend them.

Been to this store twice both times they don't have what I needed so I will not be going back here

I called and spoke with a nice young man named Taylor. Told him I needed a 240 v receptacle for a new stove with mounting hardware. When I got there he had everything I needed along with several options.... laying on the counter. Polite, well mannered with a "what can I do to help" attitude. I will always shop this store from now on for ANY electrical supplies!! Thank you Taylor!

Not gonna lie my first experience was not a good experience. The lady behind the counter with red hair was completely rude. And honestly, just felt like she didn’t wanna do her job or help me.
It’s been a couple months and the only reason I stopped today is because I had a job down the street and I must say the help I receive this time was incredible. Thank you for doing better to the men who helped me.
