I had so many dead trees and other trees potentially a fire risk. Mr. Eddy came out and gave me a bid. He showed up the very next day with crew in hand and did everything and more that he promised!!! Furthermore the price was fair and discounted! I highly recommend Texas Tree Service!!!

Approximately 1.5 years ago we moved to the Kerrville area on acreage. We knew the trees were in bad shape with lots of high big dead branches in large oaks, cedars that were mostly dead and dead standing oaks. We called Texas Tree Service for an estimate and Jerry Eddy was out here the same day. His vast knowledge, experience and customer service sold us. This was a two day job for him and his hard working team. He and his team are extremely professional and considerate. They did a great job and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

We currently live in Crawford, but recently bought a house in Kerrville. We had a large crape myrtle that was partially dead and two huge crape myrtles that were too close to the house. Jerry came out within an hour after we called to get a quote. He pointed out other trees that needed trimming. After we decided on the scope of work, his crew showed up the same afternoon and finished up the next day. Later, Jerry checked back with us to see if we were satisfied with the work and the clean-up. We had a couple of concerns, so he sent a guy back the same day to take care of it. We are very pleased with the expertise and the quality of the work. Thank you Texas Tree Service!

Texas Tree did an excellent job of pruning my three Cedar Elm trees. I called in the early afternoon, and they responded within an hour, pruned the three trees, removed the debris, cleaned up, and were finished by the mid afternoon. The estimate was fair and the result looks fabulous. I plan on using them again in the Fall.

They were very punctual and professional. It was a sight to see watching them take down such a huge tree. They made it look easy! I would definitely hire them again and will be referring them to others.

Jerry and crew were great to work with... on the phone, getting an estimate and the work being done were all pleasant. Trees were pruned, removed, and stumps ground. They even picked up other tree debris I had waiting for the city to remove.

Jerry and his crew did an excellent job removing a large elm tree that we recently lost during a storm. Not only was the work excellent, but we found Jerry and his crew very professional, took the time to explain what was needed and left the site looking fantastic. We will definitely consider using them again!

We had a huge dead tree located on a steep fenced in area making it nearly impossible to access by any equipment. Texas Tree Service has a most unique sky lift that could reach over and across the fence making the impossible removal possible. The trimming of yard trees was excellently done and all trimmings removed. We WERE EXCEEDINGLY PLEASED. They are THE BEST.

Texas Tree Service did an excellent job in removing our very large, damaged trees from the storm this past spring. They also did a follow-up to the main job in order to make sure everything was done that we requested as well as a few extra requests. I would also like to add that they were prompt in communicating with us which I appreciate it greatly.

We had a large stand (20+) of dead and dying live oak trees in our back yard which had become unsightly and hazardous. When we requested a quote to have them removed and the stumps ground, including stumps remaining from a tree clearing prior to our purchase of the property Jerry Eddy, the company owner, quickly traveled to our home and explained in detail what needed to be down and how Texas Tree Service would handle the job. We signed the contract, and the next day a large complement of men and equipment arrived to begin the task. The job was accomplished much more quickly than I would have thought possible and was completed exactly as Mr. Eddy had promised. The clean-up after the job was exceptionally thorough as well.

When Mr. Eddy came to collect the final payment for the job I was so pleased that I asked him to look at another stand of live oaks which was in reasonably good condition which I hoped to preserve. After examining the area he told me what should be done and I immediately contracted with him to care for these trees. Again the job was done quickly and professionally.

I cannot speak highly enough of Texas Tree Service and the speed and thoroughness with which the tree removal, stump grinding, and clean-up was accomplished, and should I need tree service in the future, Texas Tree Service will be my choice of companies.

This is our second time using Texas Tree Service. In both cases they were quick to come by and give us a quote, and when we accepted the quote, they were quick to do the work. They were professional, courteous, did the work efficiently and took care of the dropped brush. In our second case, there was a tree limb that had partially fallen in a neighbors yard. They did the work in a way that kept it off the fence, made the neighbors happy and made us happy, too. They may not be the cheapest in town, but they are the best.

We had a large branch come down from one of our trees a week ago and decided to call a few tree service companies in town. Jerry at Texas Tree Service called me back the same day (the others did not). We set an appointment for him to drop by and provide an estimate. The tree was an mature Bradford Pear showing signs of further damage and breaks to come so we decided to remove it. The crew removed the tree with no problem despite an internet cable running through the branches. They cleaned up the area quickly. Later in the day, the stump grinder came out ant did his work. He also removed most of the grindings. I will certainly call Texas Tree Service for future work.

I needed them in a hurry to groom up a damaged tree from a house fire and remove a dead tree. They were so fast and cleaned up every cut branch. Best price for what others quoted and they were very courteous. I can't recommend them enough! Texas Tree Service is now my only go to for all my trees that need love!

The owner arrived at the property to provide an estimate. Within minutes of arriving, he was able to spot what specific parts of each tree and plant needed attention and why. On the day of service, I arrived onsite after work had begun and the crew asked me if I was happy with the progress. They were very accommodating, making adjustments immediately if I wanted a little more trimmed, etc. The owner arrived moments later, and was quick to explain further details to the crew. They did more than promised, and seemed sincerely interested in making sure I was happy with the end result. I couldn't be happier. If you want it done right, call Texas Tree Service.

I called Texas Tree Service at 4:45pm on a Saturday in a desperate situation, and Jerry was here in 30 min! Gave me a reasonable quote along with paperwork to show they were licensed and bonded. His crew was here by 8:45 the next morning, on a SUNDAY, and began work immediately! I had both trees cut up and off my property in just 1 hour! They were extremely professional and prompt in their work. They even swept and blew off the debris from the roof and street in front of the chipper as if they were never there! I will ALWAYS refer family, friends and clients to Texas Tree Service in the future! An incredible business in the hill country! Thank you Texas Tree Service so much!!

We had several trees that badly needed pruning back and some shrubs we needed removed. The owner Jerry Eddy was very knowledgeable and so we agreed to his services after we talked to several tree service people, who by the way did not seem to have the knowledge Jerry did. They came with 7 or 8 guys as well as Jerry who pruned back some of the trees and with clean up and removal they were gone in 2-2.5 hours. It looks really good. I would recommend his services.

Last week I called and spoke with the owner about a stump i needed to be removed from in front of my house. (I sent a website contact to another tree service and it took them several days to respond.) Within two days the stump was removed, the area raked and cleaned up! Very impressive. The guys who were here to remove the stump were very friendly and professional. Before they left, they asked me to look at the area and ensure I was satisfied. I would definitely recommend them!

When I needed some large oak trees trimmed I was fortunate to find Jerry Eddy of Texas Tree Service. Definitely a man with integrity who runs a business geared toward customer service. I highly recommend Texas Tree Service. Jerry and his crew did an awesome job for us. We had several old oak trees that were in terrible shape. His crew came in and trimmed, shaped and cleaned up. We were given a free estimate, and Jerry went beyond what was quoted. His crew was professional and did a fantastic job cleaning up after the job.
