Tree reviews in Kerrville, Texas

Texas Tree Service responded right away when we requested a quote, gave us a very reasonable quote and had 3 very large trees down and out within 2 days! Crew and staff very nice and professional and followed up after the job was done. Left the yard clean and did everything we asked. Satisfied customer and recommend them for all things tree!

Texas Tree Service showed up on time and got the job done quick. We had multiple trees taken completely out and there is no trace of them left. We also had a bunch of branches cut and I’m excited to see how the trees look when they get new leaves. Jerry and Kim and the whole team were very nice and helpful. We also got free mulch which is awesome. Very relieved to be rid of all the dead trees and branches.

Texas Tree Service did an outstanding job on my property. After my inquiry, they were very timely in offering a quote, scheduling the work, and finishing up as promised. The guys were very courteous and took extreme care with my trees and property. I felt like their mission was to beautify my property and save any trees that could be saved instead of just cutting trees down. Everything was cleaned up and left very tidy when they were finished. I would highly recommend Texas Tree Service...a job well done!!

I was very impressed with Texas Tree Service from the owner (Jerry Eddy) and his wife to their entire crew. When I was speaking with Jerry on the phone I inquired if they were licensed and insured and they sent me right over proof they were. I called on a Monday and Jerry sent out George to look and bid the job that same day. George was communicating back to Jerry with pictures of the job site and also in contact with him on the phone. They kept me involved in the whole process. After some negotiating and me agreeing to the price they had us on the schedule for the next morning. They arrived on time and worked like a well-oiled machine. Everyone played a role and they were all very professional. They were very thorough and made sure I knew what would be happening and in the end that I was completely satisfied. It's quite an operation and to see them drive up with everything they need to do the job. It not a one man show it's a big production. I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Jerry and his crew did an exceptional job removing a huge oak tree that was killed in the freeze earlier this year as well as trimming my two remaining oak trees and three crape myrtles. I had called several tree trimming services and Jerry was the only one to get back with me and did so quickly coming out the same day I contacted him. The work was taken care of the next day quickly and efficently. The area was completely cleaned and all debris was removed. If you are looking for a good tree company, give Texas Tree Service a call. You will not be disappointed.

Texas tree service provided a fast free reasonable estimate and were ready to go to work as soon as we gave the OK,
The crew arrived on time and began work right away.
They took great care to both keep their work area safe and also protect surrounding trees, structures and all of our yard “stuff”.
Courteous, polite, and competent crew and we wholeheartedly recommend Texas Tree Service (and we will) and we will
use this company again, no question

Texas Tree Service responded with a quote on the same day called. Jerry gave a reasonable quote and they actually finished the job on the same day!
Professional, licensed, insured, qualified! The Yard looks great!
They removed a large tree, growing up through power lines and shaped the other trees!
Great crew, expertly managed and they cleaned up perfectly!

I recommend Texas Tree Service. They are fast, efficient, and do a good job. We had a really big job for them- 6 big oaks, 2 mesquites, 1 golden tallow, All to be severely trimmed back. I also had a large palm tree cut down. I thought him a little pricey but we negotiated and came to an agreement. You get what you pay for and this company delivered. He sent 3 crews, 2 lift trucks & a bobcat. They finished in 1 day. I watched their work. They take good care of the trees. All the guys seemed like they really liked their jobs.
I would hire them again.

I have used Texas Tree Service several times and have never been disappointed. Most recently I had a huge sycamore tree that was sickly and wanted to know if it could be saved. Jerry said of course it could be and described the trimming that would be necessary. We also walked around the yard and, he pointed out several other trees that did attention. Ruben and Jose showed up on time the next morning. They were friendly, but professional. They did a beautiful job job with the trimming and cleanup. I could not be happier.

Jerry (owner) was exceptionaly knowledgable about the large variety of all our trees and plants. Our property had not been trimmed in a long time. Jerry met with us and explained what needed to be done to have much healthier trees and plants. The next day he and his crew came and did everything he said he would do and more. We're very pleased with the knowledgable friendly service with received from Texas Tree Service.

After the past few years of destructive weather and drought, our trees have suffered and badly needed attention. We researched Kerr County businesses and found the BEST tree service! They truly stood up to the reviews we read online. Jerry from Texas Tree Service called to set up an appointment right after our online request for a quote. He arrived on time, walked the property with us and provided us with a very educational recommendation to help us maintain and improve our beautiful oak and pecan trees.
The crew came bright and early the next morning and was finished by noon. The trees look beautiful and the entire property has been cleaned up as if they were never here. I can see the lawn will benefit from this as it has opened up the yard to more sunlight. Also, no more dead limbs falling from the high winds. We had them grind old stumps of trees we had previously removed due to oak wilt so it really improved the property.
We will use Texas Tree Service again and will recommend him to all our friends and neighbors.

We requested a quote and the price was higher than what we wanted, but after what the owner Jerry included in the cost, the quote was accepted after he recommended some other trimming needs we were going to do in the near future. The whole project cost was now in the budget. What I truly liked about Texas Tree Service is they are fully insured. The crew listened to our plan for the project and accomplished what we wanted. They were easy to work with as well. We are happy with what they did.

Texas Tree Service did some outstanding work on our 5 acre property outside of Kerrville. They cut down dead trees, cut out dead branches in many trees, and pruned our trees to make the property look great. They also ground up the stumps, swiftly hauled the dead and pruned limbs away.

Jerry and his team did a great job of trimming several live oaks in our yard. We also had him remove a dying tree. His team was very professional and did a great job of clean up afterwards. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

We have had so much trouble with contractors in the past. So we were concerned about just looking online and trusting someone we didn’t know, but we were wrong. We called Texas Tree Service in Kerrville, they came out the same day and started working. We had a huge stump they removed and when they finished you couldn’t even tell there was ever anything in that place. The owner even came out and we decided to go ahead and have several more big trees trimmed. It started to rain and the team had to wait until two days to come back and finish up. They didn’t want to make tracks in our yard. The price was real reasonable and they were the friendliest people. We now have a trusted tree service to use and we will recommend them to everyone.

Texas Tree Service provided a free estimate for my duplex-rental, the service was scheduled quickly, the company arrived early, everyone was professional, the job site was left immaculate, the owner and the general manager oversaw the job site, and I was so pleased with the end result that I hired Texas Tree Service to provide an estimate for my home. The second job was immediately scheduled, and the experience was the same: early arrival, professional conduct, oversight by the general manager and the owner, and the job site was left immaculate. The company is licensed and insured, and this is important. Cutting trees is expensive, but it is dangerous work, and it is critical to hire experienced professionals. The company cares about cutting trees in ways that promotes the longevity of quality trees. Preserving trees in ways that promotes their health is important for wildlife, wildfires, home safety, and the environment. The owner is knowledgeable about trees, and he cares about whether a job is well done. The general manager is extremely personal, professional, and knowledgeable as well. The team that showed up at both job sites spent every moment doing their jobs. Phone calls are returned quickly, and communication via phone calls and text messages occurred before, during, and after the job to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction. I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend this company. If you need trees trimmed, cut, removed, or stumps ground, and you hire this company, you will be as pleased as I am. Thank you, Jerry, Kim, George, Rubin, and to all the workers!

Thank you very much for completing the job so professionally and thoroughly. The trees are happy and we are delighted that it is completed! The process was not a hassle! Highly recommend this company and all the employees.
P.S. Love the trimmed crepe myrtle outside my window - a bonus you did!

I had 16 old growth oaks that had never been fully or properly trimmed and one softwood tree that extended my deck and over the neighbors property. I was highly impressed by the quick response, the professional manner of the work performance, the protection of decks, patios and shrubbery, and the end result was amazing; healthy looking trees free of dead branches and small lower growth that impede moisture from reaching the central top canopy. If you can care about the investment your trees make for your property you will hire these folks!

I had 3 dead oaks out front as well as a line of 4 trees with limbs lying on the edge of my roof. Expensive work, I expected. Pleasant surprise. Quoted price was reasonable and the veteran's discount as a nice bonus. Stump grinding included! Jerry had a crew on site by mid-afternoon and the work was done quickly, efficiently with no damage to landscaping, and cleanup left no work for me. Highly recommend Texas Tree Service. Ronald Culp

Jerry (the owner) and his crew did a great job removing or trimming several large trees in our yard. They were prompt and professional and did a good cleanup job before they left. Some of our neighbors have commented on how nice our trees look now. Jerry explained in detail how our trees would also be healthier now. We will use them again for any tree service we might need.

This company has done it again! I have used them on what I thought were big tree close to my house. They made it look easy. Brought all the right equipment and just as many guys. Very professional, and for a far price. Jerry gave me the estimate, and by the next day they were out in full swing. Thanks again. Definitely recommend!
