After a major storm brought down a large oak tree onto our roof, we called our insurance and ArborTrue tree service. They were absolutely incredible. The office responded immediately and called out the crew the same day to assess the damage and stabilize the situation.

The crew was professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. They removed the tree safely without causing any additional damage to our home. They also cleaned up all the debris and even checked nearby trees for potential hazards.

Highly recommend ArborTrue for anyone needing emergency tree removal or regular tree trimming. Excellent service from start to finish from the entire crew.

Mario was a very informative arborist! He took my around my entire property, teaching me how to care for my various trees and shrubs and how to identify signs of disease and address them early. They really are the tree experts!

I had a horrible experience with this company, late last year I originally wanted someone to come out and excavate the roots that were growing under the huge mulch pile that previous home owner had been placing at the base of the tree for years. It was discussed with an Arborist at my home that nutrients had to be put into the soil before they performed any "surgery" to the tree. I was told someone would follow up with me in a couple of months but that never happened. About 9 months later I followed up and they sent someone to my home for an estimate to finish where they left off...the Arborist Britney mentioned to me that she didn't see any issues with the tree roots girdling but they have never been tended too nor was I not told this last year when she originally came out..so how are there no issues girdling now but originally there were? There is a 5-8" pile of mulch that surrounds the base of the tree and if we remove that mulch/dirt there will be all the girdling that I mention. I feel like these guys lied to me originally just to get me to pay near $400 to fertilize the tree in preparation for excavation that it may or may not need. I'm not the expert here but i question their kowledge and motives now. I feel taken advantage of.

I was really excited to work with arbor true as I had an initial session with their master arborist Brad. He was super knowledgeable throughout the entire session and gave a lot of suggestions on improving our trees and was going to give an estimate to make sure they lasted. I was excited to work with him! Unfortunately he never contacted me again nor responded to any messages or calls. I finally called the company and they said they would get to him and he would start to send me an estimate soon, again no response. I called a second time and still never heard back and then I just gave up. Seems like a great company if you can get them to come do the work but unfortunately I never got to find out because they just forgot? I don’t know. Either way I’d find someone else as they don’t follow up at all.

Edit: this is a response to the owner. I don’t plan on ME calling YOU after YOU guys won’t pick up or respond. I’m done calling yall to do work. If you want my business at this point you need to reach out to me. Poor customer service.

Arbor True Company is great local company. Their arborists are very knowledgeable. They take the time to educate the homeowner. They provide detailed written notes and photos to the crews before doing the work. The crew leader speakers perfect English and besides completing the work, also does a great job with the final clean up! I have used this company for the past 10 years and have always been pleased with their professionalism.

In a world where people don't recognize expertise, there are consequences. For home owners a tree will die, land on your house or can be rehabilitated to provide shade and beauty for years.
