This is the place to go. They repaired my dishwasher quickly at a good price. I highly recommend this place. Carlo is the best!

If whirlpool tries to schedule with them ask for a different company. They will not show up they will not answer their phone they will not return your call or email

Very knowledgeable people here. They know all the appliances they service and sell. I took a Samsung refrigerator to them for repair. Although they could repair the refrig, i decided to replace it. I got a great deal on a repaired unit. Ditto for my washing machine. And they delivered!!

My in wall oven was not working called Fix It Zap, they were here within the time frame they provided very nice young men Al and Andrew. I was happy they had parts on hand to fix right then and there. It took only a day of waiting before having them come out I couldn't of been more happier!! You guys rock!!!

Called Trey at Fixitzap to have my refrigerator looked at that had stopped cooling. They quoted me almost 1/2 the price of Sears. They came the next day & repaired it. I will happily refer them to my friends & family!

Absolutely terrible communication. I was directed to them for when I needed to put in a warranty claim about my dishwasher. That was in early April it is now early May and I am on my THIRD reschedule for someone to come fix it. Everytime I try to call I get no answer. They don't even give me a reason for needing to reschedule, just an email saying it has rescheduled. I have been unable to get im contact with anyone to figure out what has been going on.

My dryer started making clunking noises, so I called up my warranty company who sent out Fix it Zap. They came out and found what the problem was immediately. We had issues getting the parts needed due to Covid, and even more issues dealing with the warranty company. Fix it Zap made sure that we got taken care of and solved the problem for us-dispute the warranty company. We are very pleased and would recommend Fix it Zap to anyone needing dryer repairs.

Whirlpool made an appointment with fix it zap for me through my washer warranty for December 28. They never showed up and I keep leaving them messages and no answer and no call back. It’s Friday December 30 and I have left numerous voice mails and still no response. Wow! Who are these people? Are they actually in business? This is worse business I have ever dealt with. How do they stay in business?

If Whirlpool lines you up with this company for a warranty claim, DO NOT USE THEM. Sat around all day to a no call no show on our service appointment. Tried calling, leaving voicemails and emailing the company with no response. Had to call Whirlpool to find out that Fix It Zap canceled our work order with no reason as to why and no notice to us OR Whirlpool
