Amazing company!! Jeff is so knowledgeable… We had him put in a HVAC unit a few years ago and appreciate all his expertise. If we ever have any questions on our unit the phone is always answered and you never feel like you’re a bother. Customer service is a A++ Just recently our heat was not working due to a power surge late at night and still the phone was answered with courtesy and the problem was taken care of promptly!! I 100% recommend R2 Mechanical!

Replaced our outdoor fan motor. Came very quickly. I called Chris at 3pm and he showed up an hour later. No hesitation. The job was finished within a few days, having them getting the part they needed and getting it fixed up.

Very good communication and amazing workmanship. For sure calling them again and recommending when people need HVAC help.

Let me tell you, I got quotes for new systems from all the big guys that came out with binders and astronomical quotes I wasn’t even allowed to take pictures of while I made my decisions, even the company I used for a decade to bandaid my 20+ yo system and these guys came along highly recommended. They upgraded my system to a bigger unit and a dual heat system at that, for far less than the next guy. Even though prices have soared on HVAC in recent years, they will get you taken care of with the best price, hands down. They will tell you what they can do to repair, they will tell you what can be replaced and they will tell you honestly what should happen but meet you where you are if a full system replacement just isn’t feasible immediately. They are very responsive if an issue does arrive. They have come out several times to help with issues and maintenance along the way (last time was simply a gecko fried across a terminal that was tripping the system as a safety issue, lol). Honest guys, true family-run Father, son, veteran business with the resources, experience and backing of the much bigger guys that somehow are all now somehow plumbing, electrical, and solar salesmen.. They also service my commercial space exclusively, keeping a 30 year old commercial unit running better than it did a decade ago. Simply the best. You want it done right. Air Done Right.

Mr. CHRIS with Air Done Right and his associates installed my mini split system last spring. It had some issues cooling and heating and they located a leak in a coil on the unit. He spoke with the company and was able to get a replacement part and installed it without any additional charge as per the manufacturers warranty along with his labor warranty. I am very happy with Air Done Right.
