Landscaping reviews in Krum, Texas

Very responsive and in tune with their business.

Poor communication. No showed 2x. Job not done well. Owner blew us off and our concerns for 7 months then came to my home unannounced without my permission while no one was home and went into my backyard. Unacceptable work without resolution. Would never use him or recommend him to anyone ever.

Fantastic family owned company. They show up when they say they will, do as promised with fantastic craftsmanship and charge a reasonable fee for services. My commercial property looks better than it ever has. I would give 10 stars if I could.

RJ Landscapes did a wonderful job on my landscape and flower bed, they are very professional and neat. I highly recommend RJ Landscapes and will be using them again.

Professional, top-notch work. I have been a customer for almost 6 years now and predominantly use them for lawn care service. When I first moved into my house, the lawn was in terrible shape, with weeds growing all over the place. Within a year they had the lawn looking lush and vibrant, and it remained that way until I tried to save some money by going with a one-man outfit. Bad choice on my part. Within the span of a summer, my lawn went south. I quickly realized you get what you pay for and I have returned to RJ Landscapes. Mea Culpa!

I have also had Robert and his crew service my sprinkler system and completely redo the front yard landscaping. Robert worked with us to get a landscape that's easy to maintain and looks great. In the process of putting in that landscape, his crew quickly and efficiently redid the entire sprinkler system to ensure that not only the new landscape got the water it needed, but the entire front and back yards got the right water treatment.

Payment is easy and quick. Jennifer emails my invoices, I print them out and mail in the payment.

If you are looking for someone to come out at a moment's notice to mow your lawn, this is not the company you're looking for. There's a reason for that...they are very busy, and for good reason. They are very good at what they do. However, if you are looking for a full service lawn company that will work with you and your schedule (as long as you're patient), these people will have your lawn looking good before you know it. Like I said above, you get what you pay for, and I am very happy with the level of professional, courteous service I get from RJ Landscapes.

I highly recommend them!!!

We had RJ Landscaping stop by and the work was superb. He provided excellent customer service to me and my husband. the team layed down some sod for us and leveled out part of our lawn that was torn up due to a sewage pipe repair. Robert also provided expert advice on the care and maintenace of our new lawn. We are happy with the results. Thank you so much,
Janice and Bob

I had landscaping done, and I am very pleased with the results! Rob consulted with me and made great suggestions that give me more color in my front yard, but also don't require a lot of watering and maintaining. I really just let him know what I didn't like, and let him do his thing and it turned out beautiful! I would definitely recommend their services to my friends.

RJ's has been extremely helpful in caring for two of our properties. Flowers beds, mulching, ravine brush hog, standard mowing, fertilizing and weed treatments. We have even requested several special projects which they have provided reasonable quotes for work and the crews show up timely and complete meeting expectations. We are glad we found RJ's and look forward to continued business.

Rob has helped me with everything from native grass seed planting, irrigation design, install and maintenance, tree planting, bed cleaning, organic fertilizing, deep root feeding and landscape design. He and his men have always been super professional, educated and skilled at every turn. If you want the best, you gotta pay for it but there is none better than RJ Landscapes in our area in my opinion.

I am thrilled with the amazing work RJ and his crew did on our landscaping. I submitted pictures and expressed what I would like the flower beds to look like and he totally delivered! Not only does our front yard look stunning, but RJ set us up with an easy to use watering system we can control from our phones. To top of everything, he built an in ground trampoline for our kids.

I've been using RJ Landscapes for the last seven years for various tasks on my yard. This includes a complete sprinkler system, fertilizing, sod delivery/installation, etc. Regardless of the task requested, RJ Landscapes always completed the task with precision. Even when I wasn't home to monitor the activity, Rob and his team always completed the task based on the instructions that I conveyed to him. I even received yard of the month in my neighborhood this month due to the excellent service and expertise from RJ Landscapes.

RJ Landscapes has helped us numerous times with irrigation issues, but our most recent experience is when we asked them to install a cut off water supply to the house bypassing the sprinkler system, They out did themselves. They dug up my new flowerbed, installed the cut off, and put back my landscaping better than it was originally. I highly recommend RJ Landscapes for irrigation and landscape work. They are very knowledgeable, dependable, and quality work every time.
