Reviews of local pros in Krum, Texas

I would HIGHLY recommend C & G Electric! They were on time, very professional, organized in their process from quote to completion and cleaned up all of the dust/dirt from install projects once finished. Kevin and Sergio were amazing, very knowledgeable, respectful and efficient and Tommy was so helpful throughout the process as well!

C & G came through for me when I needed an outlet for a lift pump to fix a plumbing issue. They were professional and courteous (and wore masks when in my home which was so appreciated) while doing the work. They cleaned up all the dust from drilling holes which was a nice touch. Definitely recommend!

We hired C&G to install some updated lights and new outlets during a recent home upgrade project. The lights are amazing. Have absolutely changed the look of our kitchen and dining room! The company itself is impressive in their professionalism and service. From the beginning of the process with scheduling the estimator to the very end of watching the electrician clean up every bit of dust (even though I told him I would do it), each and every worker was professional, punctual, friendly, and respectful. The work performed was exactly as we discussed and as promised. The courteous and friendly workers were an added bonus. Will trust C&G with every bit of electrical work we ever need.

We worked with C&G for offices we built. The men who did the work were efficient and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them based on my experience. Nice job folks!

They must have fast service judging by how they drive. This driver cut me off and was speeding going across all lanes on I-30.

My expectations were met. Technicians were knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant people.

C&G electric has always gone above and beyond. We are repeat customers and will continue to call them whenever needed.

C&G are the only electricians I use, they are very thorough, very professional and their prices are great. Highly recommend

Called C&G because over past 15 years they have wired all the Robson Ranch homes. Always heard they were electrician's very competent and their pricing was fair. Had unusual as well as concerning problem. Jerry & Ryan immediately solved our concerns. Very friendly and professional. Will definitely use this company again.

Driver passed in a no passing and tossed trash out the window. Low character behavior that reflects terribly on your business. Not the type of people I would trust or want in my house.

I recently hired C&G Electric and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience! The workers were courteous and respectful throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and clearly knew what they were doing. Their knowledge and attention to detail gave me complete confidence in the quality of their work! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and professional electrical services! 10 out of 10! :D

Service is good. Techniciansvare courteous and careful. Phone folks not so much. Very short on the phone.

This company installs plumbing into new builds and then won't service anything past the warranty, just to alert you before bothering to call them for service.

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The individual handling calls was dismissive, unprofessional, and the interaction felt discriminatory. That is not something any customer should experience. Situations I could feel the entitlement like this doesn’t just affect one person they hurt the company’s reputation as a whole. I strongly recommend this is reviewed and addressed.
