Construction Company reviews in Kyle, Texas

They don’t call them top notch for nothing!!! These guys are very professional and get the job done faster then expect and go above and beyond expectations!!! Highly recommend!!!

These guys are Top Notch Professionals! Awesome to work with. Very respectful, precise, and quick. I had my bathrooms completely renovated and I love it!

Top Notch is a scam of a company. They took full payment for a job and then left it half done and never came back. They stopped responding to me completely. I advise against using them for anything.

Said they would have a job done in a week, didn’t show up on time once, and half the time didn’t show up at all. After a month of having no floor and my house completely trashed I decided I needed to just find another contractor. Shane promised I would get $1000 refund, sent me $300 and stopped responding. Shane was constantly badmouthing his workers, his workers were badmouthing him and each each other. Stay clear. It was a complete nightmare working with them.

I had 4 contracts with Shane, one for cabinet assembly, 1 for tile floor installation, 1 for finish carpentry and 1 for landscape work. All were supposed to happen in the first couple months of 2021. The quality of the work was good, but getting people there was hard. The cabinets were supposed to take 4 days and took 2 months. I had to hire someone else to finish the floor tile when he fired his tilers. The finish carpentry took twice as long as it was supposed to and a few things were left unfinished. The worst was the landscape. I was stupid and gave hime a deposit of $3500 . He never did any of the work and though he promised he never refunded me my deposit.

Shane and Top Notch did amazing work! I am ecstatic about my new bathroom! I had no idea how much this looks like my idea when I told them about it. Thank you Top Notch for wonderful work! If you ever need anything done in your home I would highly recommend Shane Cobb and Top Notch above all others!!!
