DO NOT USE! Initial assessment and part replacement went great. However that did not fix the issue. Ordered a new part, so I was told, but never came to install it. Week after week they would schedule and not make the appointment. Said they tried to call me but I had no missed calls. I'm always the one calling them. This has been going on for over a month now. So far I've spent $1,200 and still have a broken fridge. BUYER BEWARE!

The service call went great. They needed to order a part. Waiting for it to come in and for there next day in Galveston to install. The price I paid was for service call only.
