The owner Steve was very nice I recommend him the guys who delivered the furniture were okay it seemed like they didn’t want to be here or move anything they kept saying things under their breathe. So I wasn’t impressed with the service but like I said they were okay.

They take too much time taking your info to then tell you a flat price which would’ve been the same price regardless of the info they initially took. A waste of time.

Edit: After reading owners response the more the reason everyone should avoid this place. I never ended the call abruptly like he claims. I explained how terrible of them is to make us waste our time asking a bunch of questions just to end up giving us a flat fee that they could’ve just told us since the beginning, and then said my goodbyes as they did not have any info to provide. Also, my name nor my email on this account is the same than from the call I made and info provided, so is impossible for the owner to “listen to the recording of the call”, so he clearly made that up and lied just to make the customer look bad. Very shady business, just look elsewhere; these people are not to be trusted.

Exemplary service. Morgan at the office answered the phone promptly. Took our moving information and quickly scheduled Alex and Carlito to do the move. The guys showed up ahead of time which was very good for us. They spoke excellent English and were cheerful, courteous and careful. The short-distance move went without a hitch. Thank you 1+ Movers. Never had a moving company be so respectful of my things and furniture! The crew was professional friendly and on time. I NEVER leave reviews EXCEPT this time! You may find cheaper movers but you won’t get the quality of my crew. Stop looking and book this company 👍🏼

I didn't have a satisfactory experience with this moving service. On the front end of the move, everything was great. They even moved the time a few hours for me the day of the move. However, they came with a small truck that couldn't hold very much. I didn't even have beds or a couch or a refrigerator to move. Still, they weren't able to move all my belongings. I was already in for nearly $500 for a move from 2 bedroom townhome to a house only 10 miles away. I wasn't going to pay for another trip.

Then they broke an antique table and blamed it on my small children. I didn't even complain about that because I couldn't prove anything. But when I complained about the size of the truck, their reply was -- sorry, we'll do better next time.

Morgan & Alex & Team (i.e., 1+Movers) provided high quality professional service in a timely fashion. They moved a house full of family heirlooms from Houston to San Antonio within a few days of contacting them and for a very fair price. They also provided landscaping services (i.e., tree trimming, weeding, lawn, etc.) that has vastly improved the appearance and value of the home. Their communication and responsiveness is excellent. The moving crew (led by Alex) was very professional and careful with our belongings. The team was efficient and polite. I would recommend this crew to friends and family. Good work everyone!

We were happy with our service. We had three guys who worked very hard. The main guy spoke good English and literally ran sometimes trying to get things done quickly. They emptied my messy garage in an hour! Which was quite impressive! They brought blankets and dollies and did anything we asked them to do. The job took longer than expected and they couldn’t finish in the same day. (We had a lot of stuff and moved from a 4200 sq ft home) But they were nice enough to come back the next day, after another job they had, and finish our job. We did find a couple of our things scratched or chipped and be prepared to buy them lunch. The whole move ended up costing us about $1300 and around 12 hours total.

Arrived an hour late in a U-Haul. The charge a fee for “supplies” which include a dolly and moving blankets. They worked hard, but they are not skilled at moving and took three times the time expected. When we explained, they refunded the tip only.

These guys were all over there business. I had just lost my husband to cancer. Because of all the extra cost I fell short with bills. My husband was a really big guy, and Jack of all trades. I dont know how to move us from one place to another. I called 1÷Movers they were very direct about there policies. They came in ready to work it was 3 of them. All very professional. If you don't go pass 3 hours you don't get charged anything extra. They were under 3 and that was AWESOME! They saved my life.
