House Cleaning reviews in Lago Vista, Texas

I called KO carpet cleaning and Chris was out the next day, on a Saturday! He texted me the ETA and was at my door right on time. I had a house full of furniture to clean and two large area carpets. I had outdoor cushions and balcony floor to clean as well. Chris came out on Monday to finish the job. The outdoor cushions look like new! Terrific service! I highly recommend KO.

Great service. Friendly and reliable.

KO is the best! I will never use another company! This is my 3rd time to use KO, and a great job has been done each time!

Chris did a great job with my couch would deffinetly reccomend ! Very professional

I just now got my 16 year old carpets cleaned, and they look great!
My condo building is extremely complicated to get an outside water source, but they figured it out and did a great job!

Chris did a great job for me. He did my carpet, my couch, and my truck. 3 for 3 in the satisfaction category. I have no yeah buts or what if's to qualify my estimation of his services. In a word, singularly impressive. That's kind of like two words, but you get the point.

Very happy with the tile/grout cleaning KO did for me. Good pricing, great service - Chris communicated effectively, showed up on time and did a great job. Highly recommend and will use KO again!

I cannot say enough about this service. First, I was allowed to change my date several times without question. Next, the owner himself came to do the job AND made sure it was done to my specifications. One could tell he took pride in his work and offered a service that was professional and a value. Added bonus--The carpets look great!! KO Steam Clean is a knockout (in a good way).

Super duper awesome guy to come out and take excellent care of your carpet. He turn my 5year old carpet into a brand new virgin carpet. Thank you kindly KO

We called Chris with KO Steam Cleaning to clean our tile in our house. With kids and pets I’m the house, the grout became very dirty and was nearly impossible to clean. KO Steam Cleaning came out, and I was absolutely amazed at how clean and new my tile grout looked. I didn’t even think that was possible. They were very professional and got the job done. Highly Recommend!!

Chris did a phenomenal job steam cleaning an area rug and some upholstery for us! He was professional, kept great communication through the entire process and was very friendly. It was a pleasure having him in our home and we will be repeat customers for life! Highly recommend!!!

I booked an appointment to get my couch and area rug cleaned with Kyle. He was super responsive, walked through each detail, and was flexible with my schedule!

Chris came over and did an extensive clean on our white couches. We had some dirt from our dog that we could not get out. He cleaned our couches for about two hours and went over each cushion multiple times (we have a HUGE sectional). He removed all the stains and dirt! It looks BRAND NEW!!! He also cleaned our white area rug and got rid of the dirt in the traffic areas, again our rug looks BRAND NEW!

I could not be more happier with the results! I highly recommend this company. They were professional and diligent. I will 100% be using them for any future needs.

Thank you for all that you have done for us!

Love,
The Pragliola's

I called to get my couch cleaned after an unfortunate incident with my dog 😳... It was so bad, thought I was going to have to buy a whole new couch. Chris was able to come out super quickly and the couch looks (and smells) BRAND NEW! He was professional and mindful of my pets and the front door (pet owners know how important that is!)

We will be calling for regular cleanings! 10/10 recommend!

Chris got back to my wife & I very quickly
with our quote, did an amazing job taking
dog stains out of our huge living room rug
and did so very quickly. He even had the
curtesy of holding onto our rugs for and
extra week as my wife got Covid and we
were unable to pick up our rugs from him.
Highly recommend this company for your
carpet and tile needs! Very professional and
competitive rates in the Austin area.

Called Chris one morning expecting to schedule a time to come out to The Island of Lake Travis for carpet cleaning. He came out the same day! We discussed a time and he called to keep me informed when he would be at the condo. He showed up and got to work. Sanitized with pet treatment and cleaned the couch cushions while there. He had not planned on this extra time but I asked him about a quote and he got the job done. He did an EXCELLENT job and showed me what he was doing to the whole time. We will be using again in the future. Price was reasonable for it all. VERY PLEASED, THANK YOU CHRIS

We have used KO twice now and Chris does a fabulous job! Sectional looks and smells like new. Carpets look great. Chris is very punctual and professional.

I had a great experience with this carpet cleaning company! They were professional, punctual, and did an amazing job bringing my carpets back to life. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! It was very easy to book an appointment and they were very easy to communicate with. I had 4 rooms cleaned and it took less than 2 hours. Chris showed up on time and finished ahead of schedule. He was very nice and professional. I will be using them again for rugs and my couch. Great job! Very happy with the results.

They came and did an excellent job on our carpets and our grout in our laundry room. We had severe wear and tear from our pets and dog, I was so impressed with the level of restoration. I would highly recommend KO for your carpet and grout cleaning.

KO Carpet Steam Cleaning really came through when we were in a jam! The other cleaning company we scheduled a week ago no-showed for their appointment this morning. I contacted KO and Chris told me he had availability and could be out in about an hour (ON A SUNDAY). The price was reasonable and the service was top notch. We did steam cleaning and pet odor removal. 100% would use again

Chris is a consummate professional! I am a repeat customer and I have handed out his cards to all of my neighbors.

He has great attention to detail, is consultative, and consistently works miracles at reversing stains from a 3y/o boy and a 12y/o pup!

I’ve been wanting to buy new carpet but Chris keeps extending the life of the one I have!
