Do you ever put off doing things around your house? Like for decades? How about needing something to add health and well being to your life because entropy never ceases its pursuit? We  needed a reverse osmosis system to knock down every little extra cache of sodium (salt water softener in the house) and a robustly leaky outdoor "faucet/homemade waterfall" that just keeps getting more mortifying and destructive every season. Willie from Lantz is our hero. He arrived exactly when he said he would, solved these issues succinctly, explained to us our naive questions, and was done in lightning fast time.  I love it when people really know their business and are super helpful in the process. Willie is a genuine asset to Lantz' plumbing division.

after sharing an honest review about the lack of communication on my appointment time, I was offered a refund of the amount paid, due to my dissatisfaction. I did not accept this as the quality of the work was great, the technicians were very professional and courteous as they have always been.
This will continue to be my go-to service company.

Zachary Clowdus was the Plumbing Technician that came by to flush my hot water heater. The job was done to perfection but just as important was how professional, courteous this young man is. This is one of the reasons we have always used Lantz's....the quality of the people they employ and the quality of the work.

Absolutely out of the box experience with Darren! The technician was out there in less than 30 minutes after I placed the call on a Saturday evening. He diagnosed it properly and fixed the issue in less than a hour . He gave me options so it could be cheaper and affordable for me. Thank you so much Lantz for being so amazing

Zac was very cordial and made sure I was aware of what he diagnosed and what it was going to cost. We had one of our Heat Pumps replaced last week, the Techs were John and Landyn. The response was amazing as was the changeout. I can not speak highly enough about the professionalism we received!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Zachary from Lantz Home Services, and I can’t recommend him enough! Over the weekend, my rental property suddenly had no water, and Lantz Hoe Services was quick to respond and updated me that I was third on the list. Once Zachary was finished his previous job, he called me beforehand, listened to what had happened, and was able to pretty much diagnose the issue before even seeing it in person — which already told me he knew his stuff.

When he arrived at the property, he gave me a call right away since I wasn’t on site. He explained exactly what was wrong, provided upfront pricing, and even offered to give me a quote for replacing two hose bibs while he was there. His communication was top-notch from start to finish.

Zachary completed the work quickly and professionally, replaced the property owners shut-off valve, and installed two new hose bibs. He took the extra step to send me photos of the repairs so I could see the quality of the work. Everything was done neatly, per code, and tested before he left.

What really stood out was his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care in making sure everything was done right. Lantz Home Services as a whole also impressed me — they were responsive, organized, and clearly have skilled tradespeople like Zachary representing their company. I had work previously done with them with my grinder pump, I believe I had Ed, and they were also very thorough with that and even sent me video of the grinder pump alarm working with the alarm sounding off.

If you’re looking for a plumber who is knowledgeable, communicative, and efficient, I highly recommend Zachary and Ed at Lantz Home Services. I will absolutely be using them again in the future!

We had our main water line into our house repaired by Lantz's after a utility contactor damaged it while burying cable. I was able to schedule next day service and received a text with the arrival time and picture of the technician who would be arriving. The technician was very helpful, explaining what he would do and why. He made sure to clean up and restore our property when he was finished. I would definitely use Lantz's again for any plumbing needs!

Zach and Corey were professional and friendly. They explained what was needed and options available. Their explanations were very down to earth and easy to understand. Options offered were reasonable and understandable. They did not try to rush through their visit to force decisions. Definitely recommend them.

We paid a $65 service fee for this company to visit the property and provide an estimate to replace a bathtub. After the visit, they declined to provide the requested estimate and instead recommended a full remodel. When we chose not to pursue a full remodel, they would not provide any quote for the original scope of work.

Unfortunately, we did not receive the estimate we paid for.

We were very pleased with the prompt arrival of the plumber. Zachary was not only efficient and knowledgeable, he was compassionate, helpful and polite! We are very appreciative of his help

Had a leaking toilet that needed replacing so called Lantz Plumbing. Zachary and his apprentice Giuseppe came and fixed the flange that caused the problem and installed a new toilet. I can’t say enough about how courteous and respectful they were! Zachary explained the issue that caused the problem and got right on it! They were done quickly and tidied up afterwards. Kudos to them both for a job well done! I will ask for him specifically should I have any issues in the future!

Noland responded quickly and respected my time restraint. He was friendly and professional. He fixed my issue easily and thoroughly. A little expensive at over 600 dollars just to snake my drain shower drain, but he did do a good job and had all the right equipment.

Our technician, Zachary Crowdus, was wonderful. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Unfortunately the price with Lantz was about $1,500 more than a competitor and the Lantz pump was made in China and the competitor’s pump was made in Texas. We’ve had the same pump before, that Lantz provides, and it only lasted about 4 years.

Willie was prompt, com.unicated issues and options clearly and concisely. He fixed the issue and we discussed potential future replacement but implemented proper maintenance plan for Lantz to come out annually.

I am very pleased by the speed of reaction time and the work completed.

Zach showed up in our time of need when we had a busted pipe due to a freeze with a cheerful, professional attitude despite being late in the day after sundown. He fixed the pipe, reinsulated, and was done super fast all while offering tips to avoid this problem again. I’d recommend him in a heartbeat

Mark Milner and his two crewman did an outstanding job, were very courteous and clear as to options and the work to be done. I went in to the office and was greeted with great customer service and understanding of the help I needed.The Lantz team really did an great job from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them for any of the services the offer. This was my second experience with Lantz Plumbing and it won't by any means be the last. I live in a mobile home and nobody seems to want to go near mobile home work or repairs, so the team at Lantz was a true blessing. Thanks guys!

I called Wednesday at 1:30pm. Electrician Eddie arrived at my home within an hour in Lago Vista. They completed the job within an hour. I needed an outlet diagnosed because when I tried to DIY replace it, the braker wouldnt stay on. Turned out that i needed a different type of outlet. They told me it would be $65 service fee or I could get a membership for about $500 and the service fee would be waived. After discounts the outlet costed me $172 and the labor was $220 which also included putting in a plastic outlet box because my home didn't have one. I understand labor being $220 for an emergency call, not sure if I overpaid for the $172 outlet. Either way, they were fast and got me back operational speditiously.
