Called about an A/C issue and they were able to come out in an hour! Been using Masten for years because they do excellent work and are informative, honest, and up front with what you need and how to solve your issues.

Integrity is core to their value set. Never have I felt pressured to buy a replacement , nor ever been recommended an unneeded repair. Annual service agreement is reasonable and I have never regretted paying for it.

Had they come out to unclog our overflow valve. They were here on time and it really didn't take too long to blow it out. Very happy with the outcome. Would highly recommend this company.

Blower motor went south- Masten was able to send out Matt and Austin that day and had to order the part (30 year old system). Not an easy task but came through with flying colors. I am very impressed with a complex repair of my AC/Heat Pump system that was completed yesterday by Masten Air Conditioning and Heating. Masten also recently installed a new AC for my family at another location.
