Do NOT get any floors installed by them. In less than a year, my laminate floor is popping up and the edges around my walls are coming off as well. They said that I have to pay more to get it fixed even after they told me that it was under warranty. I will never do any business with them again.

At the Special services pros Desk.!!! I Order a lumber package for my outdoor Pavilion on 5-16-2017 on Tuesday morning. I Was told it would be delivered Thursday or Friday The same week. So I called Friday afternoon asking about my lumber and when it would be delivered. The lady I talked to stated.!!! They had not received my lumber package that I ordered to their store yet . She would call me back first thing Monday morning and let me know about my delivery. So I waited till 11:30 am Monday morning and called them back. After She never called me back as she promised. So I called back to Home Depot again today Monday 5-22-2017 She said that it had not Been delivered to their Store yet and they would receive it sometime Monday or Tuesday of this week. Now it will be sometime Thursday or Friday of the following week. So please Home depot if you're running behind on deliveries or they have not been delivered to your store yet .(please have a customer service representative from your company call your paying customers ) call people and let them know the truth and then return your phone calls as you told me you would do.. I've always been pretty happy with Home Depot customer service.!!!! Not today though.!!!! I would normally give them a five star review but as of today for this order you will get a 1 star review for not doing your job in customer Service or even follow ups as promised. It should have been done without me having to call .!!!! As a business owner of the garage door company. I would never do my customers this way. You should always offer 100% customer satisfaction and take that very serious. Honesty and integrity go along way in my book.
