Hays Heating and Cooling and my company have now done a few jobs together and everything turns out great. They are easy to work with on scheduling, they get things done in a timely fashion and the work is professional and done well!!!!

They sent an apprentice, who instead of fixing AC broke the compressor and it costs almost $4k to replace it.
When the guy has arrived we told him that tye cold air is not going up but AC unit is working. For some reason he decided that freon is low and made us pay for that freon upfront. After charging freon the AC unit stopped working. After reviewing he said the compressor is gone and asked us to buy the compressor if we can or he will try to find it or replace the whole system. When he left, I called another company and they quickly found out that fun wasn't working due to faulty switch, but compressor was broken because there was excessive freon, 12 pounds in fact, which is twice more than it should for our model. Overcharge with freon caused a leak and compressor got broken.
So unprofessional technician caused a major damage and financial drain for us.

I contacted Hayes Heating and Cooling to have some general maintenance on my HVAC system done. The person I spoke with was very helpful and offered me multiple times that day for a technician to come out. He also upsold me on an annual contract that I had to sign immediately. Unfortunately, the technician never appeared and TWO HOURS after the appointed time and after several phone calls, I was finally informed the technician went home and nobody was available that day. We rescheduled. At the rescheduled time, I called again to make sure someone would be coming out. I was told no, there was no technician available even though I had an appointment and the earliest they could send someone out would be NEXT WEEK. I have now rearranged my work schedule twice and taken leave for work that has never been completed. I would not recommend this company if you need reliable service. Their customer service is subpar.

Gregory did an outstanding job explaining his assessment of our HVAC needs. He made every effort to answer my questions and ultimately provided a very competitive bid to replace our entire system. Highly recommended.

Tech was quick to diagnose the problem and get it repaired and back in good shape. Tech kept us up to speed on the scope of the job and the cost. Great company to work with- very accommodating with scheduling and payment methods. We will definitely use again

Excellent experience from start to finish. I contacted them when my furnace failed and they responded immediately. Gregory took his time to ensure he did the repair excellently. He then explained later what the problem was and what caused the sprayer nozzle to corrode. That was good! Overall a great experience. I will request for Gregory next time when I'll need the same services. Many thanks!
