He responded right away and dispatched Sergio, who arrived within two hours, set up fans and dehumidifiers, and stayed on top of the situation with daily visits, taking pictures and moisture readings each time. When the bathroom tile was still wet, he carefully and cleanly removed it to ensure proper drying. Once complete, the restoration crew came in, worked on time, and left everything looking great and clean. Throughout the process, they were very accommodating of my schedule and gave clear, transparent explanations of what was happening. Adam is always responsive, and the entire Voda team is professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.

Had a shower leak in my upstairs bathroom and had water pouring down through the floor and out of my garage outlet! It was our first time ever experiencing damage like this to our home and needless to say we were freaking out! The guys at Voda came right away on a Sunday and walked us through what the process would be like. They also helped coordinate with the insurance companies and were available for questions anytime I called. I honestly thought this was going to be a nightmare but they truly made the process so easy and smooth!

The work the guys did was excellent! You can’t even tell we ever had damage and if I’m being honest, looks better than it did before!

Paul did a great job cleaning carpets and a rug. He worked really hard to do a good job and get it done in a timely manner. He used corner protectors so he was careful not to cause damage. He also treated for pets and allergens.

Paul and David did an excellent job on my carpet. They cleaned all 4 bedrooms and didn’t miss a spot!!! Great customer service and a quick turnaround.

Once upon a time, I had cream-colored carpet...I could only tell by the tiny spots where my DVD shelf sat. I wanted that color back! Shane was very friendly, provided reasonable recommendations to revive my puppy & hubby-stained carpet back to its original color and removed stains our consumer grade carpet cleaner couldn't tackle. He didn't rush his work, was very transparent with what could be done and seems to have good taste in music :) For a carpet that was laid during the 1st Obama Administration, he did an amazing job!
