My experience with Frog Pad was wonderful! They worked diligently and quickly to secure us the perfect cooktop and downdraft for us. The equipment is sleek and beautiful; and works like a charm. The installation was complicated, but was handled with expertise and not rushed. I appreciated the care they took in ensuring us a perfect experience. The only adjustment that I have had to make, is I have had to speed up my cooking timeline, because the induction cooking is so much faster. I loved their friendly staff and would definitely use them again for future purchases. They are real pros!!!!

We made a very large appliance purchase (range/oven, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, coffee maker) during our remodel. The dishwasher door was not installed properly, and Steve had a GE technician come out to repair a brand new dishwasher rather than replace it. Our brand new cabinets around the dishwasher are damaged due to steam leaking from the door during every wash. A little over a year later and just out of warranty period, the dishwasher is leaking from the door. Furthermore, despite collecting full payment, he did not place the order until months later, delaying delivery of our coffee machine. His installer (who is very nice) showed up with our appliances on an open yard trailer and installed it with his son. We purchased our refrigerator and wine cooler from Wilson Appliance in Dripping Springs and had a great experience. I recommend Wilson over working with Steve P at The Frog Pad.

I had another excellent experience in purchasing an ice maker and wine refrigerator from Frog Pad.   Steve was very helpful and knowlegable in my selection process, and he has a strong team to handle delivery and installation.

Steve Pyle really knows his stuff. He saved us countless hours of research when it came time to replace our built-in microwave. He took our current model, found the 2 units that would work, and offered advice as to what brand to buy. We have returned many times over the years.

When my wife and I did a full remodel on our 1954 Kitchen, Steve with Frog Pond was very helpful in procuring the appliances we chose. All of the appliances are beautiful and work very well in our new Kitchen. However, after almost a year, the ZLINE dishwasher had issues which 2 different factory approved repair people could not repair properly - the second person recommended replacement under warranty. While ZLINE did send out a new machine in about 2 weeks under warranty, the company refused to either remove the defective machine or install the new one. ZLINE also actually wanted me to review how to videos and remove parts from the defective machine to install on the new one, and pack and ship the defective machine back to them. Steve understood perfectly the issues and stepped in to handle everything for us. The day the new machine arrived, Steve sent Carey (who did the original installation) and his associate out to accomplish everything that ZLINE refused to do. Both Carey and his associate did a great job. Steve's dedication and service to me in this frustrating was exemplary. I highly recommend Steve for your appliance needs.

Been dealing with the Frog Pad for several years now and they are great. Their pricing is not any higher than the big box discount stores. The service and attention is incomparable. They treat you continuously like a customer well after you have paid them. No other place I would go for kitchen appliances.

Carry Manning was amazing. He had to go to 4 places to find the right screws. They did a wonderful job and left everything clean.

We absolutely love the Frog Pad!!! We needed a new refrigerator and Stephen and Anne Marie took so much time explaining all the different manufacturers and models of the various types of refrigerators. They are extremely helpful with all the questions we had, and provide excellent customer service! We chose the GE Profile French door 28.7 cubic feet refrigerator with 4 doors.
