We asked Startech Electric to replace the Fluorescents with LED lighting in our garage. Ian and his assistant Trevor arrived on time. They were personable, very knowledgeable and efficient. The LED lights are great, no worries about replacing ballast ever and the lights will last for many years. The price was fair and appropriate. We highly recommend Startech Electric.

Patrick and Anthony arrived as scheduled and quickly assessed the scope of work. Both were friendly, focused and efficient in removing four very tired 20-year-old bathroon lights and installing mid-centurty modern fixtures — taking care to avoid the need for paint touch-ups. The star of this show was a mid-century modern industrial fan with a sleek silver body and wings to replace a very dated, heavy white fan. Ah. We were very pleased to have this done with such energy, verve and attention to our home! The only mis-step was I didn't ask and wasn't aware that Startech doesn't dispose of the old light fixtures, which is a nuisance; however, their charm and efficiency won the day. We will definitely call Startech to take care of the balance of our electrical work as we complete our updating/remodeling. Many thanks!

My home required an emergency electric inspection in support of a hot water heater repair. The company accepted my call early in the morning, and had a team on site by 2pm. Great customer service.

Startech did an amazing job not once, not twice but all six times I've had them come out to our house to update lighting or to add on to our ongoing projects. They are professional, kind, fast, honest, problem solving and very easy to work with. You can't go wrong giving them a call and putting them to work. They put up 7 fans, 8 lights, added exterior outlets, added interior switches and outlets and everything they've touched has been done perfectly. Very grateful to have them for this work and my future projects.

We are getting ready to move and had a list of inspection items that we needed fixed. Startech Electric was great! I got their contact info off of Nextdoor as they had numerous recommendations there. They came out quickly, showed up on time, and worked through the list with ease. All for a price that I considered to be very reasonable. I would absolutely contact them again if I needed electric work done.

Updated; the first experience was not a fluke. I just used them again and am again happy with the service. Mike came out to my home within 24 hours of my non-emergency call. He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it in about an hour. He was courteous and capable. The price was reasonable. Again, I would recommend them to a friend.

I thought they were coming to give me an estimate. They came on time, and finished everything on my list with no holes needing to be knocked in the walls or running wires. Done in about an hour! Very satisfied with the work of Patrick and Anthony, very nice guys! I’ve found my go-to electricians.

These guys were so great to work with! Heard about them through my neighborhood FB page. Filled out the “request a quote” online form on Friday afternoon and received a call almost immediately. Super friendly and helpful appointment set up, quick fan installation, and I even had them quote me for some recessed lighting for my living room since we liked their service so much. Price was way more reasonable and honest than other places I reached out to initially. I think we found our “go to” electricians! Thank you StarTech!
