Next Electronic Systems did an excellent job in transforming my home to a smart home including several TV's, centrally controlled lights and garage operation. Next continued to come out until the home was customized and easy to operate. All their personnel were knowledgable and very professional.

Next Electronics has installed and maintained our Security Camera System (inside and outside), our Board room video system, our Whiteboard display system, and our monitor display systems in two locations. We have been very pleased with their professionalism, knowledge, pricing, and response time. We highly recommend their products and services. Next Electronic Systems did a great job installing the Control 4 Home Automation System in our house. The integration job was a challenge with our Nuvo sound system, Aqua-link pool controller, security / camera system, Luton lighting, televisions, gates, and more... Net, we had a mess of applications that needed to made easier to control and use. Their employees were awesome, clean, timely and good humored. As in all cases, stuff happens down the road. Again, always willing to come back in good spirits and make the necessary adjustments. A first in home electronics & music services for us... Highly recommend Next to everyone - plus, reasonably priced. Thank you!

Next is doing a sizable home automation project for us that includes Entertainment, Security Systems, Light Programming as well as other systems around the property. I've been so impressed with their entire team, from our project lead, who orders all of the equipment, to the folks that actually implement the products. Next also has an extremely good reputation with all of the vendors that they work with on our project. Flawless execution of a very complicated project, can't say enough about how good Next Electronic Systems is!!!

Next has always provided us with competent, reliable service, especially Sergio and his crew. Not only do they help us with our audio and video needs but most recently they upgraded our computer network and infrastructure. They did a great job. Scott Ferguson and the Next team are top notch. I have worked with Crestron and Lutron designers and installers in 5 different projects around the country, and our experience with Next is the best of them all. They were exemplary on customer service and warranty issues caused by manufacturing issues beyond Next's control. We would highly recommend them.

We've worked with them on several high-end residential projects including a full smart-home installation at the Austonian. Every project is given individualized care and attention and the technicians and team are always professional, organized, and communicate with client and the contractors clearly and effectively. Their bids provide clarity of precise solutions by line item and they always offer options to meet and stick to the defined budget. They offer a complete range of services and are our go-to tech guys for all things A/V, multi-media, smart-home technology related -- AND they're always punctual -- which in our industry is key. Hands down the very best in Austin for high-end residential A/V and home control. It's been a pleasure to work with this team for ~10 years at multiple properties. They've been tremendous at everything from new construction to small upgrades. The team is VERY smart, pay wonderful attention to detail, and understand what "complete" and bug-free really means. They are completely honest and trustworthy. They probably won't be the cheapest, but they'll make your house the happiest.

Can’t comment on their craftsmanship but I can comment on distasteful behavior. Tailgating drivers through residential neighborhood while kids are going to school in 78730 area. Really classy….

Next Electronics installed the AV and Home Automation systems on my last two custom homes. The quality of their installation including prewire and equipment was outstanding. Scott Ferguson coordinated the installation and was wonderful to work with, including service after the sale. They have exceeded my expectations on both installation jobs, great group of people to work with.

Just visited a home in Round Rock , thought the panels and apps wer going to be the saving grace and I wouldn’t have to walk all 8000 square feet. Turns out none of the apps work, freezes my whole phone. Called several times and was told I’d b getting a call back, never did. 500 to sign up 250 to get it goin…. It’s been over a week guess im getting my steps in. Im over it!

What a great team of professionals! I have had Next out to do all of my AV from our main home to guest home and lake house. I am very OCD about the quality of the equipment and more importantly the install and wiring of such and they NAILED IT! Sergio & Dan are fantastic! They run a super business and have done everything from our business AV issues, to installing Starlink, to setting up our entire home with Apple tv, outdoor speakers, etc. They are so great with customer service that they will even coordinate their service with Spectrum so that everything is running smoothly. We've been using them for almost 12 years and won't use anyone else. They are fabulous!
