We purchased a built-in KitchenAid 36" fridge for our house recently. The owner Steve was able to handily beat any other competitor in town's pricing including Lowe's, Depew and Factory Builder Stores with way better customer service. We had an issue with the fridge install and Steve took care of it promptly to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend them for any kitchen appliance based on our interaction with Steve and the installers.

Steve & Ann Marie are a sweet and fun couple. Their showroom is stunning and they always welcome everyone that comes through their doors with a warm smile :)

A truly professional experience from the time I set foot through their front door. I was blown away by the immediate attention to my needs.

Nice guys, terrible business people. 6 MONTHS after initial install of "one stop shopping cabinets and appliances" where custom microwave opening didn't match microwave ordered, and custom garbage pull cabinet never closed flush...the final hood with custom hood piece and garbage pull was FINALLY installed by a complete stranger. The wood doesn't match nor does garbage pull shut flush. There has been absolutely NO FOLLOW UP to check on a customer who spent over $50,000.
The "partners" don't communicate and if it isn't done right the first time, good luck ever getting it done right especially after the checks are cashed. After numerous and very painful attempts to have everything correct, we have given up.

We hired Frog Pad to do our countertops and backsplash and things didn't originally go as planned. But I have to say, I have never had a better advocate in any business dealing. They fought for us and make sure that we were totally happy with the end product. I always felt heard, included in the process, and cared for as a customer. Things happen with remodels - it's to be expected. But it's how problems are addressed and solved that makes all the difference in the world!

We've been buying appliances and other home products from The Frog Pad for over 5 years now, and could not be happier. Their service consistently exceeds expectations, even when we experienced a service issue with our new induction cooktop. [It was a manufacturer's issue that Steve helped rectify promptly.] Never thought we could live without a gas cooktop, but after learning about it through The Frog Pad and using it the past 5 years, we'll never go back to gas!

We purchased Jennair kitchen appliances (double oven, microwave, cooktop, dishwasher) from Steve at Frog Pad back in 2016. Steve got us an awesome package discount and everything from the purchase to the installation was very smooth. Recently, we had an issue with our oven where one of the repair parts was out of stock for over 2 months. I just contacted Steve to see if there were any alternatives, but he went really above and beyond and contacted Jennair customer service directly. Not only were they able to locate the part, but even waived the cost of the part and we had to pay for installation only! This is by far the best customer service experience for a purchase made over 6 years ago! I would highly recommend Steve and the Frog Pad for any appliance or kitchen/bath design needs!

The Frog Pad was outstanding to work with. They stay on top of our order for a KitchenAid Dishwasher until it was manufactured & shipped during this difficult time of shortages. Their installation team, led by Cary, was truly a joy to work with, also, This is a top-flight organization who are indeed personable and professional in every way.

Big shout out to Steve Pyle and his crew at the Frog Pad for A+ customer service. We had problems with our 6 yr old Jennair refrigerator lights going out. We learned from the repair tech it was a known problem and Whirlpool was replacing them for free if newer than 5 years. We just missed the cutoff and it was an expensive repair. After us getting no satisfaction from Jennair directly, Steve contacted his rep to help get us some relief. He was able to get them to at least pay for the parts. Much appreciated!
