I had a serious sewer drain issue at my house. I called Roto Rooter and they sent out a very nice young man named Grant, who was able to fix our issues in two separate drain lines in a little over an hour. His field supervisor, Jonathon even brought out video equipment to make sure there weren’t any issues in the lines. Top flight service by this well known name in plumbing. I will definitely call Roti Rooter the next time I have a plumbing issue!

Roto Rooter was great. Colton came to help us out in a pinch on a Sunday afternoon with our septic system. Appreciate his service and his time.

When my sewer system backed up on a Sunday night, Roto rooter Austin came to the rescue by sending Colton, so expertly diagnosed the issue out by the street and got the clog cleared, and really is so personable and friendly. The company arrived on what is a homeowner’s nightmare. What we thought was a small leak in the kitchen faucet had created a much more serious problem. Everyone who responded to the call including the initial plumber, the damage mitigation and restoration personnel and the team (Marla and Josh) that arrived everyday to monitor the equipment and progress towards normalcy were fantastic.

Very good experience considerate detailed service was provided that gave me piece of mind. Cleared my drain double checked ot with a camera didn't stop working until it was absolutely cleaned out and verified no further issues needed to be repaired. We had a great experience with Roto-Rooter! Our kitchen sink was clogged and would not drain properly after hosting Thanksgiving! We called around to several places on a Friday when our sink finally gave out. Roto-Rooster was by are the most professional company we spoke to and they could get someone out same day. Had an odd toilet issue that I thought might be a clog or a leak. My handyman couldn’t figure it out. But Adam from roto rooter did within about 15 mins! Bad toilet design where the internal trap doesn’t extend high enough to allow for enough water to stay in the bowl between flushes. I’ve had two great experiences with roto rooter now. The other was an awful line break under the house that involved a lot of scope work. These guys know what they are doing and the customer service is great all around from the call center folks to the plumbers themselves.
