It was very easy to contact and set up an appointment with Wooding Electric. Greg and his assistant were very professional and I am completely satisfied with the work they did.He was happy to have me watch him work. He continually explained what he was doing and why. He was very knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions.

I've used Wooding Electric several times over the last few years, most recently this week. They did a fantastic job in fixing the several electrical issues in my house. And they are prompt. If they say they'll be there, they will. Five stars for this vendor.

I’m a local realtor and had scheduled an appointment with Wooding Electric to obtain a quote for electrical repairs following a home inspection on behalf of my client. I was originally quoted $99 for the service.

Shortly after making several inquiries with different companies, I received a call from an electrician (seemingly independent of Wooding Electric), who quoted me $125. I declined that offer, noting that I had already been quoted $99 elsewhere. I then confirmed an appointment with Wooding Electric for an inspection between 1:00–4:00 PM.

I arrived early at the property and called their office at 12:45 PM to inform them. I was told the technician would call me 30 minutes prior to arrival. However, by 3:30 PM, no one had shown up or called, so I reached out again—only to be told that I had declined the appointment. I clarified that I had simply declined the higher \$125 quote, not the appointment I had scheduled for \$99.

Unfortunately, the dispatcher I spoke with was unhelpful and seemed unaware of the situation. Communication was poor throughout the process, and the experience was frustrating. Based on this, I would not recommend this company. They were disorganized, did not honor the originally quoted price, and ultimately canceled the appointment without notifying me.

I called three times and was put on hold for it to never answer. Unprofessional.

Unable to place orders online because of some weird fraud detection that has nothing to do with my card. I'm not giving a third party company my information or validating anything through someone that doesn't need to know.
