Fire Damage Restoration reviews in Lancaster, Texas

Great people and Great work! Thank you!

Our house was flooded, and we didn't know who or what to do....Richard took his time to walk us trough it all...and the workers were so respectful if you need any type of work done I highly recommend Texas Reconstructors.

This company did an amazing job on my house. The owner Richard was very kind and very helpful through the whole process. I will be recommending them to people I know.

Leon and Hattie Butts had such great service with the repairs of their home. We are so grateful for the experience and the opportunity to work with this group.

Richard, Juan, and the rest of the team did an amazing job repairing our home. It looks like a totally different brand new house. There's no evidence of a house fire anywhere.

They sit and listen to scanners to chase you down after a fire, don't fall for the obey done company. Warranties not honored, after a fire they were assigned to my redo. My HVAC was installed wrong, they talk a good game but they are all wrong! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.....

If there was a negative rating that is what I would give this company and they really don't deserve that. My husband and I own our own company doing window coverings and so forth. This company had a client who's house had caught on fire so they reached out to us to replace a few shutters and also spend hours on end cleaning the black soot off of most of the existing shutters. After all the work was completed and the client was happy with it we reached out to this company to collect our payment for the work. They then started going around and around in circles on who was going to pay us. The owner of they company is extremely unprofessional and even stopped answering our phone calls. Needless to say it's been almost two years and this company still owes me 850.00. I advise you to stay as far away from this company as you possibly can. They are nothing more than liars and scammers!!!

The experience was horrible. They do not do a good job of communicating unless there is an anticipation of money. They will advise you to tell the insurance company that all work has been completed so all money will come in to pay them for their work. They do charge a deductible but will not discuss it until after some work is completed and have the audacity to be demanding when they have been told no money has been released by tbe insurance company. Do not use them and do not trust Rick.

Everything was perfect! All the guys were super nice and courteous. All work was performed in a timely fashion and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

We used Texas Reconstructors after our house flooded. RICK Mandel helped us every step of the way. He really made a horrible situation for us so much easier. Our house looks amazing now!!! Thank y'all for all the help I would definitely recommend them and use then again for any future needs

I had them come out and do an estimate for me. They did so and emailed the proposal. I accepted and asked when they could start. Days later the same person that came to do the estimate tells me that I should find another company because they're 8-12 weeks out. I said that's not a problem, and I'd like to be put on the schedule. Then he tells me that his boss told him that they, "Don't really mess with the small jobs". So they just flat said they don't want to do it and tried to refer me to a friend of his. My job was going to be $20,000. Not a small job to me.

Texas Reconstructors did a fantastic job on my home after a fire. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and took me through the whole process with patience and professionalism. I highly recommend them if you are considering any sort of construction.

Mr. Morgan and his team are wonderful! I have previous experience with this company and when I didn’t know where to turn or what to do, I called TRI. Mr. Morgan called me back immediately and promised to take care of my mom’s home. He showed up the very same day to secure the house and start the rebuilding process. During a time of stress and uncertainty, Mr. Morgan and Rick came through for us. There were things I did not understand fully but Mr. Morgan sat down with us and explained everything. His team came through and did such an excellent job. My mom and I are completely satisfied with the outcome. We are so grateful and appreciative to Mr. Morgan and those who work alongside him. They went above and beyond for us. Words cannot truly express our thanks to you but please accept them from my mom and I. Thanks, Mr. Morgan and the TRI family.

Texas Reconstructors did a fabulous job on a rental property of mine that had water damage from a leaky toilet. They did a great job and finished it quickly. I was very pleased and would definitely recommend them!

We had a plumbing problem, which resulted in our hardwood floors being destroyed. Rick Mandel and his employees were very professional and did an excellent job in taking up the damaged floors and replacing them with new flooring. The entire experience was great, and I highly recommend them!

Our home was hit by a tornado the day after Christmas in 2015, and after meeting with several contractors, we decided to go with Texas Reconstructors. We were expecting to be displaced longer than what we actually were. The owner of Texas Reconstructors, Richard Morgan, made himself available for us at anytime of the day. He walked us thru every step and every trying situation, and was always pleasant (even when I called him while he was at church). The work done on our home was impeccable and was better than we could ever imagine!!! AND...... the house was completed well before expected. The owner and staff are awesome and went above and beyond for us. You can't go wrong with choosing Texas Reconstructors!

We used Texas Reconstructors for a kitchen remodel in our home and Richard Morgan and his team was incredible. The service and product was quality and completed in a timely manner and the kitchen looks amazing! Job well done and I would highly recommend them.

Our house was flooded (broken water heater), and Texas Reconstructors was selected for the repair work. It was a complex job, and we are very happy to have had Richard Morgan and his team to support us through this hard and trying time. We are especially impressed by the work ethics and the very nice attitude of the Texas Reconstructor employees. Their work has been done with the highest quality.
We have got to know Texas Reconstructors as a very honest and dependable company, that we strongly recommend.

THANK YOU TEXAS RECONSTRUCTORS INC.! Our home flooded and these guys came in to save the day. We started with another contractor who left us high and dry and TR's came in and immediately took control. Richard and his Team picked right up where the other company dropped the ball and completed the job in a super timely manner. The quality of the work and the communication were top notch. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. The house came out beautiful and we couldn't be happier. If your looking for a First Class Contractor then look no further. TEXAS RECONSTRUCTORS is the company for you!!

Exceptional experience from start to finish. My home caught fire in June. Needless to say it was such a confusing and stressful first time situation that I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. BUT Richard and his crew made it easier. They walked me through every detail and timeline. They answered my many MANY questions and requests both big and small. Nothing was of surprise to me because the communication was spot on. They were able to finish restoring my home quicker than originally expected and it. Is. BEAUTIFUL…just QUALITY work from top to bottom. You won’t regret this business choice. THANK YOU Richard, Steve, Carl, Teel, and all who worked to get me back in my home <3
