Good service. Diagnosed the problem as a failed indoor variable speed blower motor on December 30th. They returned on Mew Year's Eve and installed the replacement motor. Excellent service, reasonable prices.

He repaired our furnace in the middle of January in just a few hours. He is professional and passionate about his line of work. Forrest was a pleasure to work with. He first came out to install our thermostat after we failed at doing so. He also assisted with getting new insulation added to our home and removing the old infested insulation. He was up front and knowledgeable!! I called Plesant Run for service and Mr Williams came out him self with in a hr. Very professional and didn't try to push added service that I didn't ask for. Gave a service rate up front. Very pleased with this service. I give a 5 star review.

I found Pleasant Run A/C & HEAT by googling HVAC services after the first vendor quoted me an outrageous price of $1400 to replace the motherboard in my furnace that is located in the attic. I just knew that price was too high because I had already googled estimates. Mr. Forest Williams helped me find the model number and brand name for my furnace and gave an estimate that was significantly less than the first quote from ARS RESCUE ROOTER. Mr. Williams was able to look up the components and found a distributor the next day, which is the day before Thanksgiving. He charged $580 plus the $79 initial visit to confirm if it was the motherboard that needed repairing. Then he loaned me a thermostat after realizing the thermostat was also bad. He is going to check to see if he has an ecobee thermostat in stock before I order from Amazon. I can't believe how quickly this was done. My heat is working fine now and I am definitely referring his company to my friends. Thank you Mr. Williams!!

Our family is very grateful for Forrest's professionalism and responsiveness as he worked with us to repair our A/C system on what I would consider short notice. I feel that he took the extra mile to ensure that we were set up properly and timely. It is not enough to say that I would highly recommend Pleasant Run A/C & Heat for system repair and servicing.

The flame in my furnace was not coming on and freezing weather was in the forecast. I'm a "do it yourself guy" so I replaced the flame ignitor, thermostat and flame sensor and that did not solve the problem. My wife was starting to panic over not having heat. My neighbor recommended Mr.Forrest and he came out and quickly determined it was a faulty gas valve. He rearranged his busy weekend schedule and arrived at our home 6:00 am so we could have heat. We appreciate he rearranged his schedule because the temps dropped into the 20's that same day. He gave us an affordable, honest and fair price. Forrest is good people.

During the most recent freeze my unit was blowing cold air we could not get our temperature above 66°. We called Pleasant Run A/C & Heat and he came and fixed it in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and very honest about what was wrong he also was affordable. I have referred him to many people in our neighborhood these guys are really good and they don't try to get over on you. He had us up and running the same day that we called him in less than an hour. I mean usually with other companies you have to wait and schedule appointments and sometimes they require down payments. He really assisted and helped us thank you so much.
