I typically get stressed when things break down at home, and this time was no different. However, Pleasant Run A/C & Heat stood out from the rest with their prompt response to my call. They scheduled an appointment quickly and arrived exactly on time. The technician was incredibly knowledgeable, professional and efficient. I was bracing for a major issue, but it turned out to be just a clogged pipe leading to my AC, and the cost to fix it was very reasonable. I'm thoroughly impressed with their service and will definitely rely on them again.

Forrest as well as his workers that installed the unit were very professional and friendly.

I have a very old unit at my barbershop.
Forrest had come out and fixed the work from the last guy that came before him.
He had informed me that the last repair wasn't done correctly. That was a few years ago, and now it's working great. Now, all I get him to do is regular maintenance.

Mr. Forrest is very thorough when he services our A/C and heating unit. He does a great job! He is very knowledgeable and explains clearly what is going on with our unit. We are thankful to have a reliable guy like Mr. Forrest who we can call on. Our unit is 17 years old and continues to go strong thanks to his service.

This company never disappoints! Forrest and his team came in and replaced my down stairs AC unit, both inside and outside. They were professional and on time! They covered our carpets because they would be going in and out to do the job. After they were done Forrest went over everything they did and explained how and when to change out the filters. I will be using Forrest and his team to manage the AC unit at my office!!!!

I contacted Mr. Williams the morning my A/C stopped working. He was able to come to our home the same morning. I appreciate that he was even able to come by earlier than original time. The heat in Dallas, Texas can be brutal. He was very professional, he diagnosed the problems, fixed our A/C unit and the price was very reasonable. Hands down some of the most professional efforts I seen from a company , I reached out let him know my issue , he was honest about time and when he could make it and same day I may add got here on time , diagnosed the issue and my unit is working perfect ! We've been customers for a few years now. Forrest has shown himself to be a courteous customer focused professional with a real understanding of HVAC. So glad we found Pleasant Run A/C & Heating.

My tenants AC was leaking and not turning on. I called and they came out same day, unclogged the drain pipe, and identified the reason for it not turning on. Ordered the part and came back the next day to install the part and finish up the job. Clear communication, runs all work and charges by you to get authorization before starting work. Reasonable prices. Hopefully I don’t have any issues anytime soon, but would definitely call again and recommend!

Our service tune up was done professionally and thoroughly. Forrest our technician went above and beyond by also taking care of a condensate line clean out and fixing an electrical wire issue we didn’t even know about. We paid for the services rendered, everything was explained clearly.
Great service, honest work, and attention to detail, highly recommend.
