Don't waste your time or money guys!! C&H units fail quickly due to cheaper interior parts used... Great for a year or so but once they fail, you might as well throw entire system away! Our C&H compressor failed early in year 4 and Comfortside and C&H will only send us a new compressor.....multiple local HVAC techs told us it will cost min $759-$1k to replace the compressor due to complexity/time. So, warranty they give is useless AND you have to spend money to bring a licensed tech over and speak with them on the phone to diagnose.... Then, you learn how bad you are about to be screwed!
Buy Bosch, LG or other big brands that service with their own staff under their warranties and really warranty their products ..Never again Cooper & Hunter ... Never again!!

Our service was scheduled during an ice storm. The office called the day before and let us know that they were planning on coming yet could be a little late depending on road conditions. They arrived on time. The maintenance technician, Ethan was knowledgeable, professional and explained what repairs needed to be done.

I signed up for the heating/cooling system maintenance program. I receive an email with a picture of the specialist who will be doing the work.Ethan just left and like others, he arrived on time, was very knowledgeable, efficient, clean and friendly and explained what he had done. Very satisfied.

He got up and running that night but we discussed and agreed that my old system wasn't going to cut it anymore. I needed a propane wall heater and plumbing for a gas line installed within a very tight time frame in order to make sure the work was not delayed.
