Janitorial reviews in Lancaster, Texas

Really nice guy and great service!

The guys that came were extremely professional, their process well and did
their best without disrupt the household as much as possible.

I will definitely use this company again! They did an excellent good! I am very pleased.

I use this company to clean my rental properties, they are fast and reliable.

We appreciate Jeremy's attention to detail and commitment to outstanding customer service! Thank you for a job well done!

Had a very positive experience start to finish, house looked great and everything happened as explained to me over the phone.

The business itself was not honest and charged us for stuff they did not do. They left without finishing. . They didnt even offer any solutions or maybe even a discount on the next cleaning ...nothing. there are so many cleaning services out there and this was the most expensive. Not worth it!

Worked with Craddocks Cleaning Service to help clean a medical facility. Top notch service will definitely work with them again.

The cleaning team is wonderful! They are punctual, polite and great at their jobs. They go above and beyond while cleaning and take pride in their work.

If you need cleaning services - This is the company to call. You will not be disappointed!

Mr. Craddock has always been very professional and prompt with his cleaning services. Highly recommend him!

The ladies that came to clean we're very professional. They cleaned really really well. The best cleaning I've ever had in my apartment. And the price was reasonable for the services rendered. I would definitely use them again.

I highly recommend this cleaning service. I was moving from my duplex to a house and I was extremely lazy with cleaning due to moving and work. Mr. Craddock came in and cleaned that entire unit from top to bottom. He did a tremendous job!! He is very reasonable priced and my landlords commended that it was left in a better manner than when they leased it to me. I will definitely be using him again in the near future!!

I have company visiting tomorrow, to stay for an extended weekend. I've used Craddick before and they were great. Not today!!!
Today was horrible... One worker showed up reeking of pot. They used ODOBAN on my Hickory wood floors when I asked for them to use my wood cleaner. Did not vacuum 3 rooms (i haven't even looked upstairs), and when they unplugged my oil plug in air freshener, they plugged it in upside down, leaking all over and into the carpet. Damage!
And You can still see dog foot prints, tennis shoe prints, stuff and someone said to me, well you have dogs. WE WENT TO LUNCH WITH OUR DOGS, SO WRONG ANSWER. They have done damage to our carpet, no doubt because they're stoned or one of them is.
Don't do it, my husband and I are having to re-vacuum, re-mop.
They used ODOBAN DISINFECTANT ON EVERYTHING! GRANITE COUNTERS, WOOD BEDROOM FURNITURE, WOOD FLOORS, AND NO, THEY DID NOT USE FLOOR CLEANER, THEY USED THE SOAPY, STICKY ONE YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO
RINSE. Now, I would love for a call back from someone, I've been texting them for over an hour. Don't waste your time or money.!!! No one will call me back. My house was cleaner before they came!

Craddocks cleaning service is outstanding. They have been cleaning my facility for many years now. I highly recommend them!

Our Nature Center has been using Craddock’s Cleaning Service’s since March of 2023 and are very satisfied with their customer service, communication, and pricing!
The owner's involvement in the cleaning processes and quality checks is what made their company stand out during the search for a new cleaning service. As a nature center, we provide a range of hybrid indoor/outdoor environmental educational programs and experiences that inevitably lead to a considerable amount of effort to clean.
Mr. Craddock and his team arrive promptly, are flexible with any last-minute changes to our service dates and are quick to correct any issues that may arise. They leave our nature center looking and smelling great! We recommend using this provider for both residential and commercial properties.

Jeremy and his associates do an EXCELLENT JOB, every time.
I’m not the easiest client to please (high expectations) with black dog hair everywhere and a ton of instructions and asks. Jeremy is professional, easy to communicate with, flexible and offers a great value for outstanding work. Coming home after days on the road or a trip to the grocery store, I’m still excited to enter my clean home knowing it will be an A+ job every time. Proud to be one of his clients after so many years. Hire him. You won’t be disappointed.

We’ve had the privilege of hiring Craddock’s Cleaning Services for almost two years on a biweekly basis. They do an incredible job cleaning our home and are always on time and efficient.

Beyond the wonderful work they do, I’m so grateful for this team and especially for the owner, Jeremy, for being someone I can trust. It’s rare to find any company with values of genuine consideration for fellow humans and Jeremy’s kindness exceeds most I’ve encountered.

This company has always been very fair and affordable with pricing, been communicative about scheduling and shown me understanding and compassion.

I would recommended them 11/10 times.

Craddock does janitorial cleaning for our Ft Worth location and they do an amazing job. Their communication style is very impressive. I highly recommend them.
