Carlos with Lux Power came out on an emergency call on a Sunday, when it’s usually hard to reach electricians. He was very communicative and quick to arrive, and he solved the problem we had within 15 minutes of being there, all for a fair price.

Absolutely amazing they came quick when our power went out last person to come and fix it ended up missing it up but these guys were able to come and fixed it this was at 5am definitely going to recommend them

Called Mr Garcia on Wednesday and by the next day he had finished my request to connect my generator, very knowledgeable and professional. He also showed me how to shutoff and turn on the power properly in correct order very good service A++ definitely will call again for my next electric needs.

Carlos came by to check on my boiler, the plumbers came by the night before and installed my new boiler because I had an incident with a Facebook market electrician who got shocked trying to fix my roof light fixture and fried my boiler in the process. Well the plumbers did great and clean job on installing it but it wasn’t working. Carlos said he would retire if he didn’t find the problem right away, well sure enough he’s still working. Guy took a glance at the breaker and found the issue right away and fixed it, and replace the hot box that connects to the boiler. He will not half ass a job and leaves it clean. You’ll know he’s a master at his craft when you see his mustache.

Carlos Garcia helped me really quick, I called in and he said he can come in 30 mins and did the job no questions asked, He even gave me a quote on how I can improve the outlet problem I have. Best service out there and very professional, 100% polite and the prices are just right. I recommend them to anyone ⚡️

I called Lux Power for an electrical issue in one of our bedrooms, and Carlos arrived within 15 minutes. He quickly identified the problem and resolved it perfectly. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. Hands down the best electrician I’ve ever hired—I’ll definitely call him again for any future electrical needs!

Called him out to fix a outlet in our bedroom that the ac plugged into because it stopped working . He came , said a wire under the house needed to be replaced . Was here for 25 min , charged $225 and left . The outlet still doesn’t work! Which is what we called him out for . We called him back , he said he was doing a job and would come back after . Never showed up, called at midnight to say he got busy . Came the next day just to say he was going to charge again . The next day , called and asked if I could send him $20 for his Uber cause he only had 63 cents in his account ! Said if I sent it he’d come and fix my outlet for free . FOR FREE?!!! after you charged me $225 which left me with $10 in my bank for the week . And you didn’t fix what you were called out to fix ?!

Great service, Lux electric installed a transfer switch and wall outlet for the use of generator power in case of a power outage.. Mr.Garcia and his team are very knowledgeable, responsible and their work shows the dedication and passion for their profession. Electrician didn’t complete work and kept the money I had advanced him. He said he would return part of it but kept giving me excuses. He poorly installed an outdoor plug so I didn’t feel confident to continue with the rest of the work due to the poor quality of his work on the outlet. I have the text messages as well where I asked for the money he agreed to return but haven’t heard back. To be honest I feel robbed and I could have done a better job.
