Mr Castillo and his brother were very professional. They showed up on time and went right to work. Mr Castillo took time to explain how the cleaning process works, what was use and why. The whole process from quote to finish the job was stress less. Good communication, accommodate to my availability etc. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

Joe and his crew were extremely professional and prompt. They arrived right on time and got straight to work on my son's bedroom and two large area rugs. They got rid of stains and odors in a short amount of time. They also cleaned up after themselves very well. I'm very pleased and would definitely hire them again.

Thank you to the professional staff at Texas Carpet Care. They came to my home & extracted water damage to a king size mattress. They were respectful, punctual & were able to salvage the mattress. It looks like new!

My dog got sick yesterday afternoon, called and they came in at specified time this morning. Mr. Castillo was very attentive to my questions, concerns and explained the cleaning process as well. They are very professional, and carpet looks new again / odor and horrible stains are gone. I will be contacting them for future services as well. Wish I would have taken pictures but we are pleased with this company.
