My AC broke late at night, and we have an infant. They were the only company willing to come out that late to fix it. We really appreciate them!🙏

I called Tuesday August 5, 2025 to set up an appointment for 1 PM on Thursday requesting them to inspect, troubleshoot and repair my Living Room/Dining Room/Kitchen wiring system. 2 major appliances would trip the main circuit breaker, infrequently.

The office rep takes your call. Jots down the issue(s) you are having and writes down all your contact info. I was informed I'd get a call, later that day, to further discuss the fault(s) with Ramiro A. Gonzalez. He called Wednesday morning instead.

On the day of the appointment, RAM starts sending you text updates to inform you of their estimated time of arrival. They gave me a 1 - 3 PM window. By 2 PM I received another text informing me RAM was en route. Soon thereafter, a crew of 3 RAM representatives arrived to check out the issues.

The main tech communicated with Mr. Gonzalez in order to confirm the best option to resolve the issue. Together we checked and made load tests to ensure the circuit breaker was no longer activating like before. The team even checked and tightened up a loose wall socket receptacle. They completed the job in about 20 minutes and left.

The invoice and payment is handled by the office. I received both a text and email with the invoice. I paid by clicking on the "Link" and using a credit card.

The 3 man team were friendly and explained what they were doing and why. The repair fee was very reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience. Kudos, a job well done!!

Oh, their basic call-out fee is $100. They don't carry many parts, so if you need something specific installed or changed out, it's best to inform them in advance.

Llamé el martes 5 de agosto de 2025 para programar una cita para la 1 p. m. del jueves, solicitando que inspeccionaran, diagnosticaran y repararan el sistema de cableado de mi sala, comedor y cocina. Dos aparatos principales se votaba/disparaban el interruptor principal con poca frecuencia.

El representante de la oficina atiende mi llamada. Anota el/los problema(s) que tiene y su información de contacto. Me informaron que recibiría una llamada más tarde ese mismo día para hablar más sobre la(s) falla(s) con Ramiro A. González. En su lugar, llamó el miércoles por la mañana.

El día de la cita, RAM comienza a enviarme actualizaciones por mensaje de texto para informarme de su hora estimada de llegada. Me dieron un plazo de 1 a 3 p. m. A las 2 p. m. recibí otro mensaje de texto informándome que RAM ya estaba en camino. Poco después, llegó un equipo de tres representantes de RAM para revisar los problemas.

El técnico principal se comunicó con el Sr. González para confirmar la mejor solución para el problema. Juntos revisamos y realizamos pruebas de carga para asegurarnos de que el disyuntor ya no se activaba como antes. El equipo incluso revisó y ajustó un tomacorriente suelto. Terminaron el trabajo en unos 20 minutos y se marcharon.

La oficina gestiona la factura y el pago. Recibí un mensaje de texto y un correo electrónico con la factura. Pagué haciendo clic en el "Enlace" con tarjeta de crédito.

El equipo de 3 personas fue amable y me explicó lo que estaban haciendo y por qué. El precio de la reparación fue muy razonable. En general, fue una buena experiencia. ¡Felicitaciones, un trabajo excelente!
