From the moment I contacted them on a weekend, their customer service team was friendly, responsive. They were available, and scheduled a convenient appointment promptly. The technician arrived right on time, was courteous, and took the time to thoroughly inspect my unit. At the end, they did an amazing job! Great work and excellent service! Attempted to set an appointment 2 times... was told I would be called back and never received the calls. The next day I called 3 times throughout the day and my calls were forwarded all 3 times. Very unprofessional And just lost who would have been a good client that would have brought you plenty of business.
